Follow same measurement and method. You will surely get good wonton wrappers. For wonton soup use chicken stock cube while preparing soup. Total taste of the soup depends on the chicken stock u use. Thank you have a good day.

If I roll right after kneading, it was very difficult to roll. After 30min resting. It was a bit easier but I still couldn’t get 30cm x20cm sheets from quarter of the dough like you do and I rolled really hard. I don’t know what I am doing it wrong

Egg gives good taste to wrap. You can skip egg if you don’t like it. Use fresh eggs to prepare this recipe. One week old eggs gives kind of smell to the wraps. Have a great day ☺️

All purpose flour means maida or white ata
Do you live near any asian/foreign supermarkets? You can find anything in there. But yes it’s easy to make from scratch :)

Looks easy and it sure is not. How do you manage to prevent the thin dough from sticking to the surface? Is it the material (marble or ceramics)?
just make sure you have flour on the surface you are working with, that’ll keep the dough from sticking
