You are so brilliant!! I just made a three month plan yesterday. This video is perfect. I never was pressured to have structure and planning in my life so now as an adult and business woman 👩🏽💼 I am seeing the positive impacts of making a list day to day. I even add things like “brush teeth”, “supplements”, “workout” just because it feels good to cross the inevitable tasks off too

Love your videos ellen!! Just wanted to make a suggestion if you're willing. Speaking videos could be better with a wireless mic. Rode sells one that a lot of content creators use and they are really easy to set up. The echo is distracting for me personally.😭looking forward to more informational vids like this tysm💖☺️

It’s like you knew I needed this, I’ve been struggling with perfectionism and just criticizing myself before I even try.
