RUclipss system is broken so any company can claim the revenue from videos and it becomes the responsibility of the uploader to prove the video belongs belongs to them... but even when the host proves that it is his property it's up to the company to allow them to get their revenue back.

If your going to use material that could be claimed as copyright protected, I would suggest including links that state or show that you have the right to use them. This ensures any legal action taken against you first has to sift through what is provided. That would include those links and that should sufficiently put a nail in the vampires coffin who would make false claims such as this. It should also then signal to the reviewer, who is making the bogus claims so they can be more strictly monitored on further claims, etc.

Dont be melodramatic. No one - not even a government - has copyright in the national anthem. Just like the laws of kenya, these are all in the public domain, but of course protected from derogatory use. If i prepare a violin or wandidi rendition of the national anthem, or i convert the national pledge into a song, or I make a beautiful dress using the colours of the national flag, i can copyright/own and commercialize that piece as my creative work without claiming copyright to the original national anthem. What you need to ask your government is where is the original national official recording of the kenya national anthem prepared and released officially by the government - that's the one that no one can claim a copyright over. I welcome you to make a rap version of the american national anthem and start selling it and see if Trump will even care! No one can steal your heritage people, you can only betray it by not being creative with it!
