i know it may seem stupid to still cry over the fact hes dead but ya.. i got into the band a little over a year ago but my ex always used to play there music and i always told him to turn it off. my mom got diagnosed with cancer and it all went down hill. within a week i was so different. i was so scared and he created a playlist on his iPod for me. he told me to take it home and listen to every song and call him when i did. of course i already knew most of the words to most of the songs but it meant so much more to me then it ever did before. some of the songs were you only live once, Savior, bite my tongue, crash, most BMTH, most PTV, most SWS. i grew up listening to rock music but it never really clicked. now i have to start going through and deleting stuff off my phone just to make more room for music.
It's so sad because with Mitch, they were one of the most sucessful bands in the 21st century, they were original, they had so much depth to their lyrics and music, but now, not saying that they're bad with Eddie or anything, but he kinda makes them sound generic, R.I.P Mitch

Also, I do agree with the fact that he wasn't a great vocalist although his screams back in No Time To Bleed and The Cleansing were amazing. He screamed well but lost his ability to scream by forcing it too much. I still admire the fact that he's still tried and gave his best that he could on stage. Even though he wasn't a great vocalist, his influence on the deathcore genre is remarkable.
