Hey Donovan, I absolutely love your chair workouts. I just found you a few days ago and started the workouts, using 5 lb weights when I can. I use to walk my dog 3 miles a day until my Multiple Sclerosis flared up and caused a lot of pain in my foot. I've gained 10-15 lbs by not walking. In the past few days I've been doing the chair workouts I feel so much better. I absolutely love how you do the workouts with me and time it! You are great, thanks again.
You are so right I know what you saying is for real And no doubt about it it does work I’ve been following you for some years now and I go up and down sometimes I get lazy and eat the things I shouldn’t eat, but I know that works because I have did it before no need in getting mad I am going to follow the advice. You just gave me an enjoy doing it because I know I can.
