Great session! That long max effort was brutal, but really appreciated the on-screen timer/effort/RPM meters showing back in full for this one, was a huge help, esp for those longer sustained pushes.

With sessions like that which push you to your limits, it's good to know that the pro GCN team members are going through the same feelings, emotions and self- doubt as those of us of a, let's say, with respect, a lesser level of experience. So chuffed I got through that!

How about a longer endurance session for those of us in the snowy areas who won't see the road for at least another month - maybe 1 1/2 hours?

This was a brutal but awesome session! The last 12 minuts effort I died after 5 minuts because way to high HR near max HR. I had to lower the power about 30 watts to maintain the effort. So brutal those last 12 minuts after the other effort. One of the hardest session so far. Thanks for all your great training sessions
What a great session, I wanted to quit after the first 2 minutes when Hank said it was going to be painful, but finishing it all out and working hard was so worth it. He is right, I can't do it every week, but who knows, I seem to like the pain.
I was so excited about the new long workout I did it despite the previous tabata. I had to break the 12mins down into 6 2 mins efforts keeping to 10 but changing the gear it totally got me through. Thanks again to the gcn team with helping me to get into my wedding dress ❤️😊👍👏

It was brutal. But I hung in there. I was more at an 8 than 10 on the 12 minute block, but happy I finished it. I love the hour workouts
