About DLC:
The first DLC for Kingdom Come: Deliverance introduces an entirely new type of adventure! You have an opportunity to participate in building a new village from the ground up and experience first-hand what it was like to create a new settlement.
As a newly appointed bailiff, you must decide what buildings to erect and what people to bring in, and you must also settle disputes between the villagers. Each building is unique and comes with its own upgrades, material and labour requirements, so you will face some difficult decisions.
A bailiff's lot is not an easy one, but he can still enjoy some fun after a hard day's work. Get yourself one of the new horses available and take it for a ride, throw a few dice against seasoned players in your new local tavern, match your skills against variously skilled opponents in your combat arena or just rest at home in your own comfortably furnished house.
There is a set order to the rebuild before you can choose a preference....
1. woodcutter camp (needed for lumber for bridge and road and trader)
2. bridge and road (needed for trader)
3. trader (needed to import stone, charcoal, livestock, grain)
After you have those 3 built, you have materials available to choose whichever building you prefer. The general preference are the most profitable buildings. The extended rathaus provides access to Henry's magic storage chest, but the rathaus does not provide income. The church does not bring any income but is required to complete the quest. Hiring from a set list of NPC will increase income. Completing a series of Judgement quests will also affect income for better or worse.

I guess it makes sense to play this dlc after the main game. I tried to ply this dlc out of curiosity not knowing you need tons to groschen to build your town. I had to reload my game again 😅
Can someone help. Because I was playing the main story and start rising from the ashes. Bad mistake because now I I'm no longer the bailiff for the town and have no clue how to become the bailiff again.
Hmm I don't know how that happens. Maybe go back to previous save game if you did not do to much of main story. Try asking on forums Reddit maybe.

lol well then maybe new playtrough :P Idk if you can become bailiff if you ignored the dlc and finished the story.

Me who just killed the bandits and have 2k
Step 1. Go to skalitz, goto main gate and wait 2 hours, see if everyone is dead yet, if not wait 2 more
Step2. Loots eeything you can and sell it to the talberg innkeeper, even if he doesnt have the money to pay you back, he will get more money then loot and You sell again and then
profit

you have to help sir divish. you can simply go to him and ask if he needs help and afther that u wil get a new option and that is about the resettlement and finding the locator.
and aftherwards you can become the balif of the vilige and u can build it together with marius. ( the quest before it is about the stone from the quary in sir divish domain and u have to go to the monistary in sasau to unravel the mistiry and then this quest get's triggered.
