Thank goodness McKnight was able to rebound from that freak accident and still have a productive career.

Real question... do you have like a warehouse or something with all the helmets you switch out? There's so many 😂

Thanks! Nope no warehouse or anything like that. Just have a walk in closet that’s full of helmets that aren’t on display in the office (I’ve got about 300 on display and another 300 in a closet). Every helmet is made possible through donations on stream so I can have the best videos and best livestreams possible! We really bulked up on the Chiefs this offseason

McKnight did not get crushed at "Liberty Car Wash". He got crushed in a car wash in Liberty, Missouri..a suburb of Kansas City.

Horace Belton played under Marv Levy with the Montreal Alouettes for the last few games of the 1977 season, including their Grey Cup win. Other than maybe the Los Angeles/California/Anaheim Angels, I can't think of another big league sports team that's had as much misfortune and tragedy as the Kansas City Chiefs, ever since they moved from Dallas in 1963.
When I see this video, this obviously comes to mind: ruclips.net/video/Ow7wL-HgQKE/видео.html

Jeff Kent once claimed to have injured himself washing his truck. Turns out he got injured driving a motorcycle, which was against his contract.

In 1978 I was 12 years old and our family lived in an apartment complex Independence, Missouri..approx 10 miles away from Arrowhead stadium. My best friends lived in the building next to mine, and one day their dad came home from work and said he got laid off and they were moving back to southern Missouri. Sure enough, a few days later they packed up a U-Haul and I remember waving to them as they drove off. It was life altering as I had just moved there and didn't have a lot of close friends.
As it turned out, Ted McKnight moved in that same exact apartment a couple of weeks later(July or Aug 1978). Another KC Chief, 1st round, 2nd pick, Defensive End Art Still, lived in an adjacent apartment building.
We played in a little courtyard outside McKnight's apartment, we were loud but he never yelled at us and he was always very friendly. Those apartments were pretty crappy, just shows how little pay NFL players got back then. I'm happy to hear McKnight has done well with himself, he deserves everything he has.

    1. Ah, the post Hank Stram-pre Marty Schottenheimer era; where the Chiefs were a bungled operation.
    2. Marv Levy hits 99 on August 3rd.
    3. My favorite part of the Chiefs doing the Wing T (Marv said he implemented that so his defense would be off the field as much as possible) was week 1 of the 1978 season against the Bengals when they ran the ball 69 times in a 24-23 win.

Why is the number on the front of the jersey different from the number on the shoulder pads in the thumbnail?😄
