Excellent paintwork!
It was all done in pla
Awesome project mister! Great work, can't wait to see the end results on the trailer! I've just started this project and was curious if you could list the paint color name or # that you use for your project! The realism is just stunning! Thank you!
i used plastikote super matt black rattle can then the vallejo rust and stain kit followed by the vallejo dust and dirt pigment set and the tamiya weathering pallet
Work of art!! Did you resize it? If so how did you make it that large?
Yes I just rescaled it’s in the slicer you 170%
@@honeybadger3dprintandpaint thanks!! Now you need to do his car
@@ckjhill67 I’m working on the trailer now the whole thing will be about 2 meters long
Nice work. I am currently printing this at 100%. Not at 0.1 as advised by Gambody!! 0.25 so plenty of supports needed. I just havent got the hours requied for 0.1
This was all printed on .2 layer height
how long did it take to print it?
About 3 weeks I think
Hello great model!!! How much i need to scale for 1/24?
as in how much filament or what % scale you would need to do the files at?
so you would do the files 80% of their original size and that would make it 1:24 scale if my maths are right
@@honeybadger3dprintandpaint thank you very much!!!!
For the windows use this www.amazon.co.uk/Sizzix-Shrink-Plastic-663052-Colour/dp/B079RML727/ref=sr_1_6?dchild=1&keywords=shrink+plastic&qid=1603961128&sr=8-6 I love your models and the way you paint them but would love to know more about settings used issues you had and so on...at the moment there is just not enough info .
That is what I previously tried to use unfortunately most of these windows are to small to be able to do them well
