I loved how seriously the actor treated his little car! This short film deserves several awards. Everyone involved did a fantastic job: the acting, stunts, concept, sound, editing - the works! Excellent use of drones for those sweeping aerial shots! I don’t think I’ve ever seen filmmakers take a silly concept and treat it with complete seriousness. Brilliant! The closest comparison I can think of is “Brick”, but even that concept wasn’t 100 percent silly.
Look at Devin. Used to be a guy with just a camera running around in Hawaii and now he has his own team and directs these epic projects. My inspiration!! :D

It was put together perfectly for anyone that watched the movie. All it was missing was that song "Soul of a man" and then it would have been like the trailer/intro for the Mad Max game. ***** Well, there is one GoKart and a couple of CrossKarts, and thoose can go way faster than that. I get that it's hard to make a video like this in full speed, and that ruined the video for me. But great work with the looks, editing and acting.
Filip Carlén yep its how they did it in the main movie too if u get a chance to watch it look at how they fast forward it so it looks like everything is moving much faster. Which is why sometime they make the characters do stuff in slow mo too. and in reality its really dangerous if they were to do it for real .
Really good! But i feel like your fake backgrounds felt weird sometimes in the beginning, like the sky not matching at all, i think you should have edited all the sky and go 100% on this "apocalypse" atmosphere, like in the original movie. But great, I really prefer that kind of work ;)

Great performance. One problem... where was the Doof Warrior? You could have low-budgeted for this, just use only 1 amp and a zippo taped to the guitar.

It was made to compliment and get people excited about the video game. watch the trailer and you will see that it matches and is closer to what the video game portrays. I'm personally excited about the game coming out. I along with my friend built and designed the karts. we didn't even get a free copy of the game X) but you can bet I will still be buying it!
