Hell yeah brother, you know your worth. At the end of the day the company is nothing without workers with the skill and ability to get up there and do work that few can or will. Stay safe.
What's up with the valley? looks like the side that is complete doesn't roll up under the row running down the valley, looks like it stops and leaves the ice and water exposed. I'm not a fan of the row running down the valley, guess it's the new in thing to save time. I've always cut the architect style and weaved the 3 tab or jets.
Hahahaha okay dude nice valleys. Companies are fly by nighters in most cases but try finding a roofer that’s not in prison for his annual winter sentence 😂 Damn sure not one who’s outta jail AND got a license to get to site!
Classic millenial/gen-z. Dont move on and find silent comfort/happiness after termination, gotta post about it and tell everyone how awesome you are and how the company made a HUUUGE mistake. This is your pretty woman moment
When it comes to skilled tradesmen in our current economy, the poster is very correct. Unless he sucks at roofing, or is a hazard for some other reason (safety, PR, giving away change orders, etc.).
Classic salty old dirtbag. Talking down on a laborer for making a point. Companies overlook the expertise of their employees too often. His immediate turnaround must feel freeing and rewarding. I'm happy for this dude. I hope you can be happy for him too.
Exactly, this dude is looking for approval from strangers on the internet. How do you get fired from a glorified laborer job anyway unless you're really slowing everybody down or showing up drunk all the time.
@@pimphatwaggoner1655looks like a 12/12 pitch, cold environment, yeah I'd say he's more than glorified laborer lol. you actin like he's sweeping floors... shit once it snows where im at the roofers ain't putting a roof on, they removing snow and charging a fortune.
I ran a crew for a local company. They kept giving me druggies, drinkers and dudes with way too much ego. I did my best. I'm 22 years in roofing. And yes I'm glorious!
May or may not have been a good one. If he was fired for poor craftsmanship, not doing his job, unsafe practices, creating PR problems, or giving away change orders then he was rightly fired and needs to make himself better. If he was fired because he insisted the client get what they paid for, refusing to cover up for an inspection, or refusing to imperil himself or someone else then he was fired for a very bad reason.

I build houses for a living. A roofer that cares about quality and treating people decent is a rare thing. It’s a tough job. Good luck brother.
Working on a roof in the winter. Would have to pay me 100 an hour. Boss man sippin coffee from the work truck
Then grow a pair and start your own company. Then YOU can be sippin coffee in the truck.

Yep, can't argue the stereotype, appreciate your assumptions.
On to the next company on too the next two weeks after gettong fired. Then the next city then the next and so on. That happens to hacks
Fortunately I'm not one...are you?
Did you get fired for playing on your phone and taking videos when you should be working?
Nope, I accomplish plenty enough to have time to film. Thanks for the question...even if you already knew the answer.

You were fired for a reason
Yes, apparently I express my desire for safe jobsites and exceptional workmanship far more vigorously than those who should.

Second part pal, and I didn't mention any names whatsoever, even if I did post to bitch about it :)
Sounds like Brando likes to lick boot.
