    I've always been put down for looking "skinny", yet I can outperform others in endurance.
    So, resistance training for me is lower mass at higher reps for even more muscle endurance.
    I can't change my genetics, so I do the best with what I have.

      You would be better served going lower reps with higher weight irrespective of body composition. Best of luck! -Dave
