They are as good as the Golden Krust ones.
@thewolfepit the trick to the air fryer is a few extra steps. You have to half microwave then air fry because the microwave makes it moist and the air fryer crisps it up without having to be in long enough to dry up haha also add a light baste of liquid or oil to further crisp but the inside stays kinda steamed lol works great on things like this and burritos.. corn dogs etc.. lol

I am not from the U.S but I've tried sausage gravy and I can totally agree with your statement about it. The creamy besamel and the savory pork meat together makes something wonderful with the biscuits. I, as one of the people, can not try these products, but I genuinely love to watch You, to try them for Us! ❤

Food truck beef patties in DC are one of my favorite things in this world. The dough is soft and crispy and a little sweet and the beef is spicy af. They are way bigger than this, 1-2 patties is a meal.

I have an air fryer and I love it
On things like this, are usually microwave a little bit, then finish them off in the toaster oven to get them nice and crispy
So I found this video because I couldn't remember where I'd purchased these gems. So I wrapped mine in foil and cooked them in the airfryer to get nice and warm first. Then I opened the foil up and let the crust get brown a bit and they were amazing and the crust was perfect
these look nothing like any patty we have in jamaica XD they are suppose to have a flaky crust. but i guess thats why these are one dollar.

I'd try these little pastries. I do have an air fryer and sometimes it doesn't crisp my food and takes a long time to cook. I like it, and I am still trying it out, use cooking spray instead of oil, sometimes people just need to give it a chance. But....I tend to use my toaster oven for crispness. Love you Larry.

Hey, here's something you outta try, and the air fryer haters will REALLY bash ya! Our dryer broke down a few days ago so...to make a long story short: it did an AWESOME job on drying our laundry, done in small batches of course...😬😏. We love ya man, keep up the great videos!

Question for ya Wolfe. When you put these in the air fryer did you just put them in there or did you spritz them with a bit of oil first? I have a combo air fryer / oven and it's awesome however, you need to coat stuff in oil otherwise it burns. So you might want to try it again with either a spritz of oil or even brushing with some melted butter before putting them in the air fryer. Thanks! :)
Lol i never would have thought the american dollar shop had jamaican beef patties. I am half Jamaican i do up some right Jamrock grub here most of the Japanese it up and ask for more I plan to open a Caribbean style izakaya next year!

I put the Golden Crust patties in my air fryer on 350-375 for at least 15 minutes.
Same goes for the chicken egg rolls from Dollar Tree.

Sous Vide Everything did a test of Dollar Tree meats (cooked sous vide, of course). Might be of interest to you, Wolfe. They usually eat stuff like 200 dollar wagyu beef etc.
I thought it was an interesting concept. Not everything could be saved, but it helped a few of the items, at least.
@@shadowmariogalaxy64 I think the reason why Dollar Tree meat is so bad is because of the added water solution. It escaped when the meat is cooked and it shrinks leaving behind a dry piece of cardboard. It is the lowest grade of meat cut into hilariously small pieces, with no juiciness from internal fat, glued together.
@@CheesyKnobby I mean, granted an individual with common sense should know (almost) never to buy meat from Dollar Tree, it's no surprise that it's all cheaply made with excess water and TVP.
I still remember the *Water Burger* and that just about did it for me.

These are soooooo freaking goood. In the microwave they kind of tAsted like a beef patty dumpling. The best part about this is the flavor these have an authentic Jamaican flavor than the golden crust.
