Take vitamin d supplement with Vitamin K. Your vitamin D level should be above 40. Selenium - for that take 2 brazil nuts daily. You feel the change in two weeks itself.

My vitamin d level is just 16 😢 , in Bangalore no sun light now, am suffering from body pain, I don’t want to take supplements, 😢😢😢
I was also thinking like you previously
But better to take supplements. Otherwise bone density will become lesser. Now I take vitamin d supplement. Vitamin D level should be above 40. You will literally feel the difference. Even above 20 is not enough

Both UVA and UVB are harmful beyond threshold.. But as you are scared UVA penetrates skin more than UVB
