This is the second time I’ve heard teller speak. The first time being in 1998 when I met him after a show in Philadelphia. I assumed he would remain silent but he spoke confidently and in this great voice and said ‘thank you for coming to the show. I’m glad you enjoyed it!’ It was surreal. Good to hear his voice again after all these years. I was beginning to wonder if I imagined the whole thing. He was also taller than I realized. Penn is just such a huge guy that it makes teller look short by comparison. Penn was very nice as well. They both took a moment with every person that bothered them and didn’t seem put out at all despite the fact that they must have been exhausted. In my youth I didn’t appreciate how tired they must have been and now I wouldn’t seek out a personal moment with two guys who had just put on an insane show. It has really stuck with me over the years the gratitude that they must feel for the life they have to stick around for god knows how long and indulge every single fans desire to meet them. What exceptionally talented showmen and gentlemen.
I told him after a show in Vegas that I loved his goldfish trick and that I was glad to have been able to see him perform it that show and he replied, "Thanks! I'll tell the fish!"
@@deseosuhoI doubt it. Every time I see him on stage he seems to be having so much fun playing up the “Magician Mime” role. Using body language and facial expressions to convey the act is just another layer of complexity to the act that make it a fun challenge to create.
Teller had given an interview and explained why he is the silent partner in a magic presentation. The entire goal is to enhance the presentation for the audience. He has no issue speaking nor is he trying to create a mythical character.
when teller speaks, the world not even magician must listen. i don't know if he is a legend or a god and if you know why he decide not to talk you will directly know that when he speaks he is saying something that will change ur life in magic for ever
The way this is edited is confusing. It works well from a presentation perspective (showing Teller's beautiful Goldfish Coins trick), but for actually understanding what he is talking about, showing him expressing himself would be way more effective.
First time seeing Teller speak
It's scary
I legit thought it was a voice-over
It talks also in TBBT
Stop being silly.
That's just Penn throwing his voice.
You've been duped again!
Ha.
Seeing him speak? Try HEARING him speak

That's a beautiful story. In my 31 years, this is the first time I've heard his voice. I hope to see them live one day.

He played the role of Amy's father in TBBT. He spoke a lot there.
I wasn’t expecting such a powerful and confident voice…
His greatest trick, making his voice reappear
Are we live? YEAHHH
He's so much more pleasant without a giant man in a gray suit screaming at me. Penn and Teller are the goats
I do wonder if Teller has ever regretted that initial choice to be a stage introvert.

PENN AND TELLER IS MY ULTIMATE FAVORITE OF ALL TIME, OME IF A KIND NONE CAN COMPETITE!!!!❤🎉❤😊❤
When Teller speaks people listen. I have been listening to him for years and he is very wise.
Finally get to hear you. Thanks
The legend speaks!
I AM INCREDIBLY UNCOMFORTABLE
Yes. When this man speak, I listen.
Never heard him before 😮
Hearing him speak is surreal. Like it’s a voiceover. I think I expected him to have an English accent 😂
To be fair, he has the most english sounding american accent I've ever head xD.
The cadence and tone already sounds like the Kings english.
I believe that teller used 4 different methods of speaking here. Real magic

Love tellers body language
It speaks 😊
Teller speaks!
forget tellers voice, the way he just produces coins from fresh air in front of a member of the audience
With wet hands too
I'm 41yo. Heard him talk only a handful of times. Still trips me out.
Thank god, Teller has a great voice. Was worried he had a terrible speech impediment lol

Hm? Who is his voice actor?
Watched it twice before I went “wait a minute, he’s talking”
wait thats his voice what!
It feels weird hearing him speak for the first time. Anyone else feel the same thing?

"Never flog a principal" - Paul Daniels. This guy gets it...
How did he produce coins with his left hand open towards the audience member? 🤔
Wow amy's dad can really do magic and speaks !
Not… what… I… imagined
3 of clubs
This is tripping me out. I've never seen him talk, ahaha
I forget that Teller can actually speak
First time hearing teller speak😂
He doesnt speak in Fool Us as he feels that's more respectable
WAIT TELLER CAN TALK?
Careful... The people in charge of the federal reserve will be very upset...
Did anybody else expect Teller to have a higher voice? Like Kermit the frog or Roger Rabbit?
Dude i thought little bro was deaf.
His body give the voice of a squeaky little leprechaun. His real voice is strangely masculine and powerful
Party on Wayne
I expected a high voice.
What does it even mean, though
I thought he was deaf mute.
woah
That’s not Teller. That’s AI
Man AI has come a long way
And I still don't get it how he do it 😢😢😢😢😂😮
He can talk?
His voice doesnt sound like how i expected at all
He talks??? Haha
His voice doesn’t match what I’ve come to expect.
Garbo speaks!
Politics
It doesn't feel right listening to him speak
