I love how they still throw bottles even when they’re happy

🤣🤣🤣
That's a good point I never thought about that
By the way, this is how you put your face on Facebook hahaha!😂
Hahahahaha yeah this is so funny 😂
“That ain’t no Hank Williams song”!
The bottles keep comin. It’s just the intensity that changes to show approval or disapproval. You gotta love it!
@pushagainstth..., that line CRACKED ME UP! 🤭😁😆🤣
Movie almost 50 years old, still come back to remember, who’s with me August 2024!
I saw the Blues Brothers in concert in 1981, Long Beach area. They opened for Steve Martin.
Lucky!
I have no idea why this randomly popped up on you tube , but so happy it did what a masterpiece of a movie , and I just realized 300$ worth of beer in the 70’s was probably like 15 cases lmao
Cracks me up one of best ever films they don't make them like this anymore
Shit when I was in high school in the late 70s 5 bucks Canadian got you a 12 pack
I know right 💕😎
I agree! Remember this...
106 Miles to Chicago
Full Tank of Gas
1/2 Pack of Cigarettes
It's Dark and
We're Wearing Sunglasses
Don’t y’all love the reaction that comes from those nostalgia triggers ?
I remember when I was young and went to a bar called the Cabooze. They had a band that looked just like the Blues Brothers. It was great, they even danced like them. Real band with talented people. It was a great memory.
in minneapolis? i saw a jug band competition there once
Was there chicken wire?
I dont care what part of the country your from, how can you not like gimme some lovin.
I like how the bottles just disintegrate immediately when hitting the chicken wire.
Resin.
@@adrianmonk4440 sugar, actually! John Landis snacked on them during the entire shoot.
@@theprogressiveatheist7024 sugar bbottles
@@adrianmonk4440 nope sugar
In the early 80s, I saw Matt Guitar Murphy at the Soup Kitchen in Detroit, a most memorable & enjoyable evening.
So glad this movie was a part of my childhood growing up. Remember the Blues Brothers as far back as 5-6 years old..
Darn you John Belushi. I would have been very happy if they made many, many more Blues Brothers movies.
The whip hitting the cigarette kills me every time.
Jake and Ellwood ruled my party life. Taking everything to the extreme. I'm 63 and my first picture hung in my new apartment was of the Jake and Ellwood in blue face . My son inherited my crazy Kool attactacion to my "Boys ". It is what it is.
God I love this movie. The sequel, not so much. But this movie is a classic.
By Aykroyd's own admission, "We got to make the great one."
i like how people keep throwing bottles at them while they sing rawhide but now theyre happy bottles of approval
Best movie, best band, blues brothers are awesome 😀
Donald Dunn has to be one of the most underrated bass players of all time.
Probably one of the coolest people to ever step on a stage
Best Movie Quotes in ‘Blues Brothers’ & ‘Big Chill’. These 2 movies have NO wasted dialog as it’s all great stuff you want & need to remember. I’ve used these quotes 😊🧐🤓more than my Trigonometry class which I’ve NEVER used once, thank you very much. We have computers to calculate such things 🙃Worthless!! 😜 Great Movies! Best Ever!
Brilliant Brilliant movie. The music is awesomeness. ❤
One of the best scenes in cinematic history
There’s nothing they couldn’t do. They were brilliant.
When the horns hit on the bridge 0:56, I don’t think I’ve ever heard the song played better.
Never heard Rawhide sound better!
Greatest music biopic of all time. Prove me wrong!
the best band ever💯
"And if you love him"...hittin the high notes...lol
Hate the music.
Throw beer bottles.
Love the music.
Throw beer bottles.
This was my dads favorite movie and i remeber that I used to watch it with him when I was like seven. Loved the movie even though I didn't understand the jokes.
Your Dad Fuckn loved You and loves u eternally Right On 🖖🏽
I feel the guy in the cats cap.😂
I love this movie of the Blue Brother.❤
Very entertaining and fun to watch. Thanks for posting this.
Great vocals, moves, and Leslie organ. Wish I could hear the horn section.
A friend and I went to a place like this. We got the "You boys ain't from around here."
Houston had an act with a Blues Brothers duo complete with the cop car and large roof speaker. The act was amazing.
The neon cowboy hat in the parking bit is great 😂
The Blues Brothers🕶🚔 💙 🕶 movie is SO entertaining and VERY HILARIOUS. 😆🤣
I grew up in Kokomo and i approve this message.
I remember watching Canadian hockey on tv in the 80s living in Buffalo NY and that first song was on a commercial every five minutes
7:01 - 7:06 is maybe the best cinematography shot of the entire movie. I do think there's many other good ones, but this one always makes me laugh. 😄
Just like in the movie a country music venue bar is located in Kokomo, Indiana except it’s called The Country Palace.
1.5K likes? What a joke,this video deserves 1M
love this movie 👌
Think and sing fast... That's what I love about this movie.
The best comedy ever made.
Lol miss my real Bluesbother... but 25 Dezember Berlin EB Davis and the Superband
I ve played plenty of country bars w h o also liked rock n roll and the blues.
I mean, it's a comedy movie, but also, were you doing it half a century ago in the rural deep south? lol
@Muzikman127 no 2000 to 2007. But when you're playing for a bunch of rednecks it don't have to be the deep south.
So much fun😊
🤣🤣🤣Weather they like you or not... they're throwing bottles!
Whether not weather. Different word. Different meaning.
"Let's get the hell outta here" 😄
Just like politics, you gotta know your audience. At least they had God on their side. 😅😅
4:27 A face I never forget.. :-)
4:26 Best part
At the exact moment when Bob flipped the switches off, RUclips showed an ad.
Awesomeness
That ain't no Hank Williams song
Definitely a smart idea to put those chicken wires there
4:26 love the one lonely redneck being sad.
Classic!
Absolut kanon bra❤❤❤😂❤❤
"If the shit fits, wear it!" Donald "Duck" Dunn at his finest! And the shit did fit! They had a band powerful enough to turn goat piss into gasoline!
Happy late 110th Anniversary!
Real Good Ole Boys were a little late
This ain't no Hank Williams song. Brilliant.😁.
I wonder what would've happen when the goods ol boys showed up while the blues brothers still playing on stage.
At 2:30 is my favorite continuity error
Al bar in spiaggia con la pinacolada e il rum avana club
Yep looks like Indiana 😮
Cool
Donald Duck Dunn is the only bass player I know that can best so damn good and smoke a tobacco pipe at the same time. Lol. This version should have been played in its entirety.
Those lights are off on purpose.
Would love to know what songs they did after Stand By Your Man…(before closing with Rawhide)
ghost riders in the sky, ring of fire.....anything on tv they remembered
Maybe the Lone Ranger theme.
Not a lot .... I think these guys have it all.
This bar is a health and safety hazard, luckily they all have safety glasses on.
“This ain’t no Hank Williams song” 😂
Can you get Duel 1971
Lets get the hell out of here
AMERICKA IBARSKA 🎶
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Whip
this is a comedy but hey you have to give the people what they want
4:33 is that Alan Jackson?
T0 R. Preston Perrin who rode with me Jake and Ellwood
2:10 where'd the cage go?
Mejor la version de fun fun
this ain't no Hank Williams song
Sometiiiirmes it's hard to be a woman 😂
Ok bro😑
Not gonna lie, I’d be pissed if I was expecting to hear Hank Williams and they started playing that shit too lol
That ain't no Hank Williams song?!
*Hank Williams
There isn’t a day in my life where I would have picked lame, whiny country music over blues. Country music is even more whiny than late 90s/early 2000s punk rock. Except instead of teenagers, which is understandable, it’s grown adults whining and complaining. No wonder they need guns. They’ve been castrated.
Astute.
Thank God you're not throwing western music in the same bag cause if you would be then you're music taste would be very limited
@@rulersofcithog he acknowledged it's one of "both" types 😅
Kon kon 🥳🥳 neon man 🤣🤣 ki video dekh ke aaya
and to this day, ignorant people don't know when they're being made fun of by people with 12th grade education
Based on a true country? I have a memory of Senator Ted Cruz - 😊 the Blue brothers was a big hit early in the 1980s. See? Facts. I told a recruitment story about this movie. Notice Boards. Blues Bros and Red Sonja. Red River and Blue Velvet Blue Lagoon and speaking of little else but Red Oktobers. No offence. 1980. Not 1984. Well two of the movies anywho😊
Universal Pictures, I’m ElextrixXmergeExE, a game movie director, SATO are production company would like to feature you in the beginning, so we want to add your universal pictures logo, are we aloud to?
First
Dorks rejected Gimme Some Lovin'? You got yourself future Trump voters right there.
god i hate this movie so much... dunno y...
Then “y” you comment here? Why even watch it? I’m genuinely curious.
These country folk have never heard music other than country/western in their lives.
Western music is has a huge variety especially western swing that stuff is super Jazzy good stuff check it out also never confuse hicks with Cowboys cause they're not the same people
Those lights are off on purpose.
