Just turned 70 , been with crossfit 1 1/2 years, it’s taken my fitness to a whole new level and yes made working out fun, competitive, difficult and above all created a new family for me !

Thank you for sending me the video on CrossFit Citadel. Looks like a great workout but I must say I don’t think I’m at that level of strength quite yet. I’m still pretty weak and even walking a short distance is challenging. I’m going to decline your offer at this time. Perhaps in the future I’ll get with you .
