Great reaction, Swift! I have tickets to see them perform in December. I've also seen Haley and Morgan perform individually...fantastic singers! You may like PMJ and Morgan perform Dream On.
Fun fact: Ariana Savalas is the daughter of Telly Savalas from the original Kojak series in the 70’s for those of you who are old enough to remember that show.
That really was something really magnificent I must confess that type of music certainly lifts ones spirits as all these epic ladies sing so beautifully and look amazing and the guys who play the music certainly add some more magic to the performance and it certainly was a great delight seeing this delightful lady doing a great job once again top marks 😊❤🎉
One of my favorites of PMJ is a very early production that was made in a NY apt. Looks for the song called "Maps" featuring Morgan James on vocals. I wouldn't steer you wrong.
nice reaction swift.... this was the first postmodern jukebox i saw and still one of my favorites. it does excellent job of representing the overall experience of what pmj does so well. not just the excellent vocalist, musicians and arrangement but meticulous implementation of "vintage" character though their outfits, expressions, movements and setting that virtually transfers you back in time. its also great how each of the women are unique in vocal attributes and styles yet can then also harmonize so well together... in addition, the dual bass play was very creative touch and notice how it ends with the bass getting the last word.... well, because its "all about the bass" pmj is great but as you noticed haley reinhart is the exception here. she really is extraordinary. her cover of "seven nations army" with them is also unreal, but I would also highly recommend some of her solo work. i would also highly recommend her fun jazz duet with jeff goldblum "my baby just cares" (ruclips.net/video/3ipXA9lJzc0/видео.html ), her very intimate performance with her dad at chess records (ruclips.net/video/omtsHEs2g0w/видео.html )and her amazing live b/w halloween themed "i put a spell on you" (ruclips.net/video/LCWwOtdf728/видео.html )... enjoy! 😎
This video is just musical crack. It's what started me down the PMJ, Haley, and Morgan rabbit holes. You've covered Haley pretty well, so let me recommend a few top performances from Morgan: With PMJ - Dream On, Sweet Child o' Mine, Take Me To Church. With Haley - Dear Prudence. Solo-ish - Lovin' Touchin' Squeezin', Bridge Over Troubled Water, Sledgehammer, Call My Name and a current concert performance that really shows her Jazz side, Fifty Ways To Leave Your Lover.
These older vids are just a single camera shoot of their touring stage show, this was shot on the same day in the same back room rehearsal hall in Switzerland as the “Creep” vid during their first European tour many years ago. It was a day off between shows and Scott just decided “hej, let’s film this” 👍
😁👉 "I Can't Help Falling In Love" - Hailey (& Casey, the bass player here), covered Elvis for a chewing gum company. There are two versions, one is the commercial itself, this one is partly her in the studio. Both are great. You will appreciate this.
You can find nuneroud haley and morgan james covers now. I would suggest miche braden new Orleans blues covers w postmodern jukebox on Sweet child o mine, purple rain, or old town road Also voiceplay are kings of Halloween so always look for costume rich songs from them this month
I could go ahead and recommend another by my favorite by Haley but time to change it up a bit. First: Hannah GIll & Casey Abrams /Chloe Feoranzo - Clarinet on PMJ's cover of Gnarls Barkley's "Crazy" ruclips.net/video/FyFwko9O2UE/видео.htmlsi=vxCf_McKAzmUidJA Alone - by Marshmello feat. Niia (who was the second artist featured by PMJ 13 years ago) ruclips.net/video/rkx-RbnjTsc/видео.htmlsi=TNhbkc7vEY1HctCL I picked these two because of the vocalists/musicians involved in the process - Niia ended up being one of my favorite vocalists PMJ introduced me to - and this is not at all like her solo stuff. To me she's a very exotic individual. Casey Abrams was introduced on the same show where i first saw Haley and they were soul brother/sister musically and still remain close to this day - Chloe Feoranzo is not only a super clarinetist but vocalist too and has spent a lot of time here in NOLA playing rag time. PMJ is famous for their one take one camera video which basically make them live performances. This video, covering Journey's "Don't Stop Believing' is probably their most intense, complex, and wonderful one camera, one take video they've done. ruclips.net/video/UngXu2zwF9E/видео.htmlsi=j6D-VdNMyGh8NKNt I'm not wanting you to stop reacting to Haley. She has great performances outside of PMJ too - such a versatile performers today. Just thought you might take a couple of slices out of the PMJ pie.
Haley is one of the best vocalists I've ever seen. You've reacted to "Creep", "Black Hole Sun", and now "All About That Bass" from Haley's 2015 tour with Scott Bradlee's PMJ. The others from that era are: - "Habits" ruclips.net/video/7hHZnvjCbVw/видео.html - "Lovefool" ruclips.net/video/dXjZeCL0C9o/видео.html - "Mad World" ruclips.net/video/aVevvbFNKiY/видео.html - "Oops! I Did it Again" ruclips.net/video/g_HN50TLuaI/видео.html - "Seven Nation Army" ruclips.net/video/sB6HY8r983c/видео.html Additionally, you've reacted to their 2021 cover of No Doubt's "Don't Speak." By far, the best of the remaining Haley/PMJ videos will be "Seven Nation Army." Haley bills herself as a lo-fi soul and specializes in iconic songs you'll remember from decades long gone by, but kids today have never heard. Here are three of my favorites from the '60s: "The Letter" (1967) by The Boxtops - ruclips.net/video/WBwbXIL6gWw/видео.html "Baby It's You" (1961) by The Shirelles - ruclips.net/video/9h96OXZjfCY/видео.html "You Showed Me" (1968) by The Turtles (audio track only) - ruclips.net/video/cRADXg77d_4/видео.html Then, there are her originals! "Honey, There's The Door" (2019) - ruclips.net/video/sADOjoNux9o/видео.html "Deep Water" (2019) - ruclips.net/video/wwlC5C8yjS8/видео.html
Suggestion for a PMJ video with a very different flavor: Old Town Road (LiL Nas X Billy Ray cover). ruclips.net/video/c0i3TwIHMmg/видео.html Absolutely insane amount of talent on display!!
PMJ with Haley Reinhardt is always a winner. She has an incredible voice. I’d like to recommend Lori Lewis’ performance of Abraxas with Therion. She knocks it out of the park. ruclips.net/video/UW71pkvWIhY/видео.htmlsi=WrcuQvTMDwTy5xHm
@@SwiftReactions I hope that you will enjoy it. I like your channel quite a bit. I’m reasonably familiar with the music scene, and you pick a lot of winners to react to.
I like PMJ's other version, featuring guest Kate Davis, better. An attractive young lady plays the double bass in a retro-style rendition and sings to boot.
That was cute, but time for Japan again. Yet another group of Japanese genius players, one gtr player came for tv show for talented kids in Australia to launch her single when she was 12yo, now 17yo and killing it internationally with own band, Koiai - Come See Me > ruclips.net/video/M87btwE1hZM/видео.html
Haley has done so many different projects, from actor in the movie "We Can Be Heroes", voice acting the part of Bill Burr as a chilod on his "F is For Family" Netflix show, to singing straight up jazz, rock, pop and country over the years. I miss seeing her too but I'll bet pretty much at this point, Scott doesn't feel like he can afford her very often.

Hi, as a mere male it's wonderful to see femenine charm, oh and the singing was beaut to!!😉
Love Hayley's blues/soul vocals......over the top!
Love Haley! Thanks for reacting!!🙏🏼🌹💕
L have the same feeling about Haley that you do. There is something about her and her voice that is so captivating. Love your reaction.

@@SwiftReactions I'd also add the very popular cover of 'Dream On', PMJ did, featuring Morgan.
Also look for "Dream On" with Morgan James and especially "Don't Speak" with PMJ Ft Haley Reinhart
I have done Don't Speak and I will add Dream On to my list. Thanks

7 NATION ARMY NEW ORLEANS DIRGE BY PMJ & HALEY
