being a girl, i may not exactly be the target audience for your channel, but with that said, sam, you've truly changed my life. I've been reading some comments on one of your previous videos about how you've helped your viewers push themselves, do daily cardio, keep a humble attitude etc. etc. and teared up a little just thinking about how much that resonated with me. idk what it is but watching your videos makes me feel like I have a mentor and a friend simultaneously helping me through my weightlifting journey and life in general. from the bottom of my heart, thank you.

His tip about waiting and saving the calories for the end of the day is SPOT ON. I struggled for years with hunger in the evening or even waking up starving at like 2-4am. I would smash whatever I could get my hands on and it screwed me for a loooong time. It's way easier to get through the day with minimal food and then have a massive meal at night. I started shedding weight and hitting macros consistently by doing that.
Nice and yeah I think night time hunger can really get difficult
I do the same low calories throughout the day just the right amount to keep me happy and finish of with a nice meal around 7 or 8pm that way I'm full until next say
I just want to say thank you Sam. You have lit a fire inside of me that won't be extinguished. I've gone from 400 pounds down to 325 in just under 3 months' time. My goal is to get down between 265 and 250 and just get shredded. I feel a lot better since putting myself through this calorie deficit diet, and I have been doing cardio religiously and lifting. Your tips with the pb2 and sugar-free jelly are life savers along with the keto buns. And whoever thinks you can't look good going to planet fitness you are mistaken you can get a great workout as long as you know what you are doing.
Congrats! He's also helped me get up off my ass 😂. 320 to 250, as of right now. Keep it up brother.

I'm having such an easy time dieting since I started watching this guy. I love the idea of not having to get rid of things you like to eat... Just watch what's in them and count your macro-calories and protein. It's simple when you think about it this way.

I don't really drink coffee as a habit, just when im studying, but i found that the best way to have a good lift is a good breakfast for me, which consists of 4 scrambled eggs on rye with a cup of yogurt and then of course 0.5L of water

your breakfast is so similar to mine, i consume 4 scrambled eggs, 2 brown toasts, 50g natural greek yogurt mixed with 50g oatmeal and 1 scoop of whey (30g) and 0.5L of water

food videos are cool, I started watching your videos when I first started losing weight. In the last 8 months I've gone from 325 to 250 using your tips of tracking macros and sticking to a calorie limit. the tips about low calorie options were also super helpful

What was so special about this video? PED sam sat down and had a nasty meal? That was a horrible meal. The fat free cheese isn’t even real cheese and is a chemical heaven.
Idea for video: you should include a lot more of the cooking process behind your meals! It would add more detail to what you eat and might also give us meal ideas for cut seasons. Also it would just be a fun to watch you cook.

Morning routine is wake up at 4am out the house at 4:20 go work 10 hours as an aircraft mechanic, home around 5 gym food sleeep around 8

Exactly the same for me. Damn airport job.. Gotta wake up at 4am... Get home around 3pm, gym around 5-ish. Back home at 8pm. Never missing meals, whether bulking or cutting.
This pretty much my life aswell. Machinist. 10 hour shifts. Lift around 5. Showered by 6. Eat. Go to bed. Repeat.

Sam the process gets us going. Even if its you eating a sandwich it brings everything back in and into perspective. It's easy to get lost in the fog of supplements, nutrients, vitamins and work out splits and blah blah blah. When in reality it's all about cardio, turkey melts and focusing. Keep being you showing us the process of day in and day out without the BS.

I'd love to see more content around dieting, cooking, meal prepping, food selection, or even just tricks to stay consistent and not binge. I find lifting to be the easiest out of the main 3 (training, diet, sleep)
Track your calories on a piece of paper, cook your own food, eat less processed foods. My main foods are egg whites, peas, soy milk, and turkey. High fiber, low calorie density if you're losing body fat. It's really not like someone can shop/cook for you, good luck!

Just want to say that as a teenager trying to get in shape your videos are fantastic. I started weightlifting 1,5 months ago and i am quite happy with the progress i have made so far. I’m no Rich Piana yet but i Can see good muscle definition certain places even though i have a higher bodyfat percent. I have always hated exercise especially cardio but now i lift 5-6 times a week and i am trying to do cardio as often as i Can. The lifting is now super fun but the cardio still kinda sucks, but as a sort of motivation i Watch you videos While on the exercise bike and it’s going okay so far. Just wanted to say your videos are greatly motivating but also very good at making me happier with myself and more relaxed in my head with how my weightloss journey is going

Sams cutting calories 3000 are my bulking calories.
I wouldn't mind longer form meal content. I enjoy seeing what other people come up with as solutions.
BCAA's consumed pre-intra-post SLEEP for me feels the most important for a productive future of lifting. Consumption is minimal before sleep, small sips during the night of I happen to wake up, the largest volume being consumed upon opening my eyes
The keto buns are great you get three buns for the same calories as one normal bun I like to have just one large meal a day when I get home from work I divide a 1lb pack of 93/7 beef into three burgers grill it up use some ketchup and fat free mayo plus veggies and eat two bags of quest protein chips comes out under 1,300 calories and has 151g of protein then i’ll eat whatever to make up 700 more calories usually an assortment of low calorie snacks like low fat popcorn, jerky, sugar free candy
Oral-B, Bic, Irish Spring, coffee ☕️ & some YORK 45s 💪 skipping cardio today 😅😅😅
it’s so true what you said about being hydrated and not with just water, but with electrolytes. I used to have migraines, I’ve been really killing it at the gym for the past 4 mnths. water when you wake up, then hydration drink after spinning class or other high intensity cardio. love ur videos really keeping my focus :)! haha omg that timer covering is so true 😂😂
