@@TheTechPacker you need simpler terms for this (insert lesser brain developed organism here). I think what he or she or both of him or her or both of them is saying is how does the lens record over here when it’s facing over there?
@@TheTechPacker How does the video show the top of your hat when the camera is held below your head and doesn't know what the top of your hat looks like??
Very useful video. I’m planning to start a vlog channel since I moved to France. Had no idea about current camera trends and while looking for gopro cameras there were too many 360 cameras in showrooms. So I postponed buying the gopro and started researching. Guess it’s better to buy a 360 camera rather than a gopro though I’m not sure if 360 camera is water resistant like the gopros. Anyway thanks. This video gave me a good idea about how this camera works and how easy to navigate it. 🖤
OMG have I missed something or you never asked for a like or anything like that. 👍🏻 And as I click to leave a comment something cool popped up that I've never seen before. I'm also happy to subscribe at this point, first of all I found your video perfect for what I was looking for and now I'll have a look at other videos of yours Ciao
Where is the video that I edit? Does it stay on the camera or on my phone? After I edit where do I keep the video to share at home? Will the video fill up my phone memory?
bruh. You didn't explain how it works. "Stitching video" explanation, is the equivalent of explaining how a computer works by saying there is electric inside.
Not quite the same, but I don’t think you’d expect a full technical expiration in a 5 minute video eh? I think you wanted something more technical. Fair enough. As you say - this video is not that. But enough people seem pretty happy with it.
@@TheTechPacker What is this bipolar false dichotomy. A nothing explanation, or an in-depth lecture? You can't offer an intermediate explanation? or are you just pretending that doesn't exist so you can cover your ass with a lie? Well the way that 360 degree cameras work is, their viewing angle isn't 180 degrees on two cameras, it's two cameras with greater than 180 degrees viewing angle. Then they create a victual sphere with the software, and overlay the footage a greater distance away than it is, so that it could create a sphere from two 180 degrees point of views. So anything in the middle of the sphere ends up being invisible because it's just overlapped by the other camera that shows you whats past it. That's how you get the invisible stick or the floating camera. Which is what your video should have contained if you name it "How does a 360 degree camera work". But instead of being true to the video title it's just some geriatric airhead dude doing a product review. What a nasty bait and switch.
Thank you! This is exactly what I was searching for
Great - you’re welcome!
THANK YOU! one of my fave travel you tubers uses one of these and its been driving me crazy wondering how he does it!
You are so welcome!
Great, super simplistic video!. Thank you
Thank you for the kind words! I appreciate your support.
Nicely explained. I was always puzzled how they got footage without the selfie stick.
this is not what i came for. i though youll explai how it captures from the top from the back etc
I don’t know how else to phrase it. I think it’s pretty clear. Sorry it didn’t work for you

No problem :) The X3 is an excellent camera.
Hello, the shots you have are amazing. These were all from the insta 360? Did you use Topaz or any other software to clean up the footage?
Thanks :) All from the X3 - no other software used to clean up footage
nice sharing now i study how to use my new camera
Thanks for watching
That dolly zoom effect of the red car in the tunnel is amazing! Did you shoot it yourself? Is the full video available to watch anywhere?
At last I know how these work cheers

Sounds like you wanted a different, longer video starting with more basic information?
