I just got an X4 for making motorcycle riding videos. This is such a great video explaining all the basics. After watching your video, I feel like I can start having fun with the camera right away.
The level of detail on this video is amazing. The pointy hands showing up and indicating what you are explaining is suuuuuuuuuuuuuuper helpful. For newbies like me, explaining stuff like you were explaining to a 4 year old was v v informative. I subscribed right away!
Thank you so much for this video! I just got my x4 about two days ago for my Surron (e-motorcycle) and can’t wait to use it! Sadly it’s been raining but this video will help me get the best footage possible once I’m able to get out there and ride. Thanks! Btw that new KTM motorcycle looks SICK!
Bro your explaining is fantastic. I can understand it would have taken a lot of time. Was looking for a video this yours only. Appreciate it! Thank you so much.
I like how you explain basic tutorial to use this camera. and your video answer my opinion question about quality video from Insta 360 x4. thanks for sharing
Question: Sorry if this is a stupid question. Just trying to start motovlogging and a first time user of these 360 cameras. My question is how can you switch and choose between camera 1 or 2 when you want to upload your videos in social media?
@@KarelSchmiedbergerAlways export at highest bitrate, it’s otherwise a very diluted image, it’s even more important with RUclips because of the way it processes the uploaded videos. All experienced RUclips creators give the same advice and it’s my experience.
I've read some concerning comments about the handlebar mount snapping. Have you had any issues using it on the mirror stalk? I have an aero shaped mirror stalk as well (cbr1k), but it's not nearly as wide as the KTM.
They don’t break but they can move, Insta sell upgraded clamps specifically for biking which solve the issue, particularly the double ended version where one end is clamped to the bike the other to the selfie stick, rock solid.
Hello Robin, Recently, I noticed that your RUclips account has become more of an Insta 360 Marketing Channel. I miss the content that you were previously posting
Hmm. Marketing? Insta360 is pushing great cameras, new models to what ive been using for years. Cameras i use daily, especially a 360 camera. Wouldn’t call it marketing just because i find it more useful in a lot of scenarios? But that said, its coming up
Well that camera is pricey… he needs to generate that money back right ?…. I mean the guy has to make a living and the camera need to be pay back …. So let him get that money back!!!!
You touched on everything except the camera angle focused aspect …. Is there anyway to have the camera only recording the front ?! And not everything around you ?? BYW THIS IS THE BEST VIDEO TUTORIAL ABOUT THE INSTA360, hands down 💯
I need some advice on mounting one or two Insta360 X4 cameras on my DAF XF semi-truck. The roof is not an option as I need to stay under 4 meters in height. I considered mounting a pole in front, but while a 1-meter extension might not be enough, a 3-meter extension would be a traffic violation, despite offering an amazing shot. This might be possible with the Insta360 car mount. Another idea is to mount two Insta360 X4 cameras on both side mirrors. However, I'm unsure how to combine their feeds into a single output video. I'll be driving from Holland to Scandinavia and want to capture something epic. Ideally, I'd also like to use the setup for 24-hour surveillance, connecting it to a laptop and ensuring it’s hard-wired. Additionally, I would like to connect the cameras to a monitor to assist in navigating narrow pathways or backing up, making the setup multifunctional. Any suggestions on how to achieve this? i also looked into security cams quality sucks or fps is low i like the 360 idee over go pro my hero 7 was shit
I've been playing around with one for about a week. I'm pretty disappointed. I should've done more research. All of this footage just looks dumb. There's no way to make it not look silly.
I wonder what the laws are in the US or UK because in Belgium to can stick 50 cm something out from the back and NOTHING from the front of youre bike . 😁😁👍👍

Very helpful thank you
Why so many people recommend bitrate 100 or 200, when RUclips can handle only about 55 for 4K and only about 18 for FullHD?
It's a 360 video so think of it as 50mbs per lens.
❤
@@moorepower13 I don't think so, as you are setting bitrate during exporting to standard flat format from 360°

H265 good for ios editing
H264 awesome for everything else

I prefer a Unicorn or backpack mounted setup riding my singlewheel device.
Thank you so much
Thank you. This was super useful.
Now to sell the action camera I got as a gift. I’d rather just ride.

Are you using the heavy duty clamp at 6:54 ?
The clamp is what you get along with motorcycle bundle. I think it is heavy duty

HELLO sir i have some difficulties in my loop record only 1 file record my insta 360 x4 i almost 30 mints record but only 1 file i see in my gadget
How to replace it front of helment or on it?
How you move camera from front facing to backwards while driving the bike 🤔
It's keyframing
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Why i can't find Dolby Vision option on my phone apps? Does i need to set anything before shooting?
Its been moved. So you’ll find it by tappng the square with the pencil on the bottom, and ull see dolby as one of the first options
You forgot to talk about how to have a clear net audio without wind sound in the audio…thank you

Just don't get caught or.... Don't Record for too long....
Or... If you see the cops, stop ahead and hide (and remove all incriminating evidence 😁😁😁)
