I Take The Honda VFR800 On A Track!

I was invited by IAM Roadmsart to take part in one of their Skills Days, held on a racetrack. Having never ridden (properly) on a track, I jumped at the chance.
There was one thing made clear from the start; this was not a "track day" it was a "skills day". So, trying to get a knee down whilst hanging off the bike was not part of the agenda. Gear selection, braking points, counter-steering, and anchoring your body to the bike were all points of tuition given at this full day of training given by the instructors.
I would recommend this to anyone who may feel like they need an extra boost of confidence in their abilities. There is no pressure to perform, whatsoever, and it really does do you the world of good.
I am still using the techniques I learned on this day, today.
