    Hi Jasma! Should you steam the snow skin for 25 minutes on high or medium heat? I can't find this recipe described in your blog. In the Purple Snow Skin Mooncakes recipe, that's about all the ingredients, and it says to steam it on medium heat for 30-35 minutes. For this coconut snow skin recipe, you say 25 minutes, but Google doesn't translate for me whether it's on high heat or low heat. I'm also writing this with the translator, I hope I can formulate my question well.

    • @JasmaFusionCuisine
      @JasmaFusionCuisine  2 года назад +1

    姑娘,妳好!我家很喜歡妳的椰蓉餡,又香又簡單制作. 我常用來蒸包子. 上次中秋節我用來做月餅,可能是烤,水份蒸发,第一天吃還好,攻那麼干,過兩天讓月餅回油,就明顯很干,請問妳的建議,應該多放哪樣配料? 謝謝妳!

    • @JasmaFusionCuisine
      @JasmaFusionCuisine  3 года назад

      这个椰蓉馅已经通过蒸的方法加工过了,如果再拿它做月饼的馅料去烤,实际上是二次加工,变干是自然的。你可以通过增加黄油或者椰浆的用量试一试。
