Dunno if this is a dumb question or not, but theres a '06 ZX6R 636 for sale near me, quite cheap and in great conditon. Never had any experience with motorcycles but would it be a good buy? Or is it a death machine for someone with 0 experience.
Not a dumb question at all! I can defiantly advised that since you haven't had any relative experience on a motorcycle it would be best to play it safe and start off with something smaller. Better yet... take an MSF Course. But... in the end my first bike was a 2016 zx6r and it was a perfect bike for me to learn and progress on. It's all about confidence and self control. Just know that you have a 600 under your crotch😂
You were two days late, I bought it, planning on taking a new riders course at a track near me. Wish me luck and I hope to god the 06 has low power mode.
