I know how you do this. Go to tyranitar place before rec. catch it with ur main acc, then start rec. make a new acc. u had to catch bulbasaur to get started and then BOOM! level 1 catching tyranitar but we all see it was from japan. sorry if this is secret then i'll remove this comment haha
