the video title should be like it's because he lives in a big city with thousands of pokestops and gyms or he spoofs, he was able to catch a shiny darkrai at level 15 but if you play rural you should probably stop playing as niantic doesn't care for you(no legendaries in go battle league rewards also you can't complete the throwback challenges as it requires you to battle in a raid )
