I love that you don't trash talk your look with no makeup on (i know you had your eyebrows done and probably lip balm, but otherwise clean face). We need to normalize how women look without makeup. It would've been easy for you to have made a self-conscious comment, but you didn't! You look beautiful. Thank you for the video! ♡

We have gotten so used to seeing people on social media with make up on as well as filters we’ve forgotten what an average woman looks like… it’s so important for influencers to show reality to help stop the increase of body dysmorphia in young women due to social media.
Fr and when influencers aren’t wearing makeup they’re always like “sorry guys my under eyes are sooo dark 😫.” Your face won’t be completely one color and that’s normal bc we’re human.
Girl, if I had the quality of your skin and features I wouldn’t wear any makeup. You also look so much younger - not that that’s something everyone aspires for, but just sayin. You’re a natural beauty :)

Definitely would love a video on the copper peptides! I just started using it too and I'm seeing good results. I agree that the texture is soooo much nicer than a lot of their other serums too.
I use NIOD CAIS serum for my CP. It’s bomb. But I did want to let you know not to expect results until about 3rd bottle in. I kept using it not really knowing or seeing many benefits and then BOOM! One day I woke up and could feel a big difference in my elasticity/thickness. I’m super glad I stuck with it. I’m about 5 bottles in now and will never go without that product. You can use Vit C derivatives with Copper but I still don’t. I do Vit C on alternate days. Also, if you’re using Vit C for pigmentation and you still want to target that concern while using Copper, get the NIOD RePigment. It’s incredible at treating all discoloration and can be used in conjunction with CP. I use RePigment first and then Copper Peptide from NIOD, followed by The Ordinary Argireline and The Ordinary Matrixyl + HA for my entire peptide routine. I alternate with toners/essence/moisturizer/sunscreen.

I've been looking for a fragrance free and non-irritating self tanner for the face for ages as well. Just discovered the Bondi Sands "Pure" range that has products that potentially could fall in that category. Their drops do not contain any fragrance or any essential oils and the other ingredients look really hydrating for the skin as well :)

When you were using ahas, when in your routine did you use them? I've heard to use them first, but you can't use it with vitamin c right? Would you use ahas before other serums? Just never know when to use them. I use retinol or tretinoin so I can't really use it at night. And I never know when to apply the BHA liquid.

Your complexion is so perfect, you don't need foundation. My skin is also very sensitive. Some toothpastes irritate my skin around my mouth. Also,I can't use anything with coconut oil on my face. It's highly comedogenic and I break out so easily. But,the vanicream moisturizer looks really nice.

I have been using TO copper peptides and I love the consistency! It spreads so easily that a few drops go a long way!!! Why can’t you use copper peptides with tretenoin in the same routine ? Do they cancel each other out? I wanted to try using both on the same night.

Have you tried the Beta Glucan serums ? I tried the Geek and Gorgeous and the iUnik Beta Glucan, both are good and seemed to have rid any flakiness I usually have around my mouth when I use vita A & C, or chem exfoliants.The texture is a bit thick so just need a small amount to take care of any dry patches.

Please please please do an update video on your results/opinions on using The Ordinary Copper Peptides. I have this product and I've only used it probably 8 times. To be honest I'm COMPLETELY undecided on my opinions on copper peptides or peptides in general. I've done an exhausting amount of research and I hear nothing but conflicting opinions. So far it seems like most of the research has been done by large companies who paid for the research themselves. I suppose the results are intriguing nonetheless. In my opinion the best way to incorporate peptides into a routine is to find a product that combines peptides with other beneficial ingredients (other antioxidants+ reparative ingredients) so that even if the peptides aren't stimulating collagen or meeting their big claims, at the VERY least they are still acting as nice humectants on the skin and you aren't wasting your time by just using a plain peptide product. I don't think anyone should waste their time with a peptide-only routine but they are a nice addition to round out other stronger anti-aging ingredients.

I get this too! 😭 I typically use a translucent loose powder to set around the eyes and around the creases of my nose, because I too get a build up of products or fine lines of product there like you do. Rcma is my go to

To be clear, you cannot use copper peptides (Ordinary Buffet) with tretinoin but you can use peptides (Needless Serum or Peptide moisturizer)?

So far it seems like most of the research has been done by large companies who paid for the research themselves. I suppose the results are intriguing nonetheless.
In my opinion the best way to incorporate peptides into a routine is to find a product that combines peptides with other beneficial ingredients (other antioxidants+ reparative ingredients) so that even if the peptides aren't stimulating collagen or meeting their big claims, at the VERY least they are still acting as nice humectants on the skin and you aren't wasting your time by just using a plain peptide product. I don't think anyone should waste their time with a peptide-only routine but they are a nice addition to round out other stronger anti-aging ingredients.
You should compare the ordinary copper peptide to the niod copper peptides!

I get this too! 😭 I typically use a translucent loose powder to set around the eyes and around the creases of my nose, because I too get a build up of products or fine lines of product there like you do. Rcma is my go to

I absolutely loved the the textured of the Vanicream moisturizer and how it performed under makeup until it started to break me out. I'm really disappointed. Have been using it for about 3 months.
