Here I am procrastinating by watching a video on how to not procrastinate... Great content Santiago! If all else fails I set screentime limits for the day for all those apps and even though I can override them it breaks up the scrolling and reminds me to stop.

I try to follow and give advice according to the usefulness of it, not by the man who happened to articulate it. Jordan Peterson has great pieces of advice, along with some other questionable ideas. And in the same way good advice does not justify questionable ideas, bad ideas do not demerit good advice when it’s given. Each idea should be scrutinized by its merits, not by its followers/advocators. And I do believe that Jordan Peterson’s advice regarding schedules is solid, that’s why I recommend it.
