Congratulations on your success. I just wanted to state a concern. You mention in the video that you drive 50 - 60 miles each morning with no brakes. I suggest a fundraiser to buy brakes for your bike. Enjoy San Juan, looks lovely.
I have been dieting and exercising since january and it now Auguast. Walking 10k steps 5 days a week. Eating window starts at 10am ends at 5pm...and only lost 20lbs and clothes pretty much fit the same.
Awesome stuff bro! After years or working out and hard diets it's in grained into me that every time I go out to eat the macros regerster into my brain and I'm aware of whats going into my body. One thing I hate about eating out is the restaurant or food stall loves oil, fats, and sugar to make the food taste better... personally just give it to me straight no BS lol.
You can eat vegetables too, you arn't going to get many carbs from that but you will get a lot of vitamins and antioxidants. Might want to add in veggies once you get closer to your goal.
You’ve reached the ideal weight for cycling! 🚴. It’s all about power:weight ratio. I’am around 163 pounds, my ideal weight, have been this weight for around 10 years, can still play pickleball and badminton, run 3k gym regularly, personally to be any lighter is not good for me, I don’t look healthy and maybe more prone to illness imo!
Absolutely incredible work Jon. So many people try to do what you did and give up early on. You stuck with it… congrats! now on to working on your six pack 😂
So 2 meals a day? Meal #1 4 eggs & 200 grams ground beef Meal#2 600 grams of chicken brests Any sides w chicken brests? How many hrs do you usually ride a day? Im at 175 and hit a platue. I was 210 1st of yr. Trying to get to 155. Any more info / advice?
Hey man, I'm at a plateau also, albeit at 145-147 pounds. I started doing 2-3 workouts per day to break through the plateau. Although, i've shifted my concern from absolute pounds to body fat percentage. I think thats better for me to measure. I ride bikes a lot. 12-22 hours per week. And they're hard rides in the mountains. Chicken no sides. I eat chicken wings because they're tasty. I like the fat.
@@JNorth87 how many calories a day do you consume? I would do a carb load of 200 grams - 250 on Saturday & sunday if i were you. Itll trick your body. Also try reverse dieting. Thats what I've been doing for last month. I was initially at 1500 cals at end of my 1st cut/ diet to get to 171lbs. Now i weigh 176 & eating 2800 cals a day. I also cut my cardio down. I was walking 20-40k steps a day back on my first cut. Now im less than 10k a day BUT been lifting heavy weights for 2 hrs a day 4 days a week min. Now im ready to cut. So hopefully i can break this platue. Look into a diet reset/ reverse diet. The scale will go up BUT its the only way to break a platue without cutting more cals than your already eating & become a health risk etc.

Well said.
I LIVE FOR THIS OKAY 👍💯🇹🇭
Okay
And it must be harder to lose weight if you are 174lbs than if you weigh 274lbs. Big ups
Can you try a diet that is heavy on sugar??
Very interesting strategy!
Yabba Dabba Doo!
