    I know I am bit late to the party but I watched your video prior to getting the creator combo and it was the reason I opted for the combo. That being said, I discovered that with the do it all handle attached, you can not do a wired link to your phone via the USB C on the bottom. The device will only use WIFI and will not default to the wired connection. If you remove the do it all handle, it functions as a wired connection and instantly links to the mimo app. I purchased a lightning to USB C cable for connecting it as it is better with the do it all handle for connecting the USB C as it is on the side vice bottom when on a tripod. I was expecting an option as I don't want to have to take the do it all adapter on and off but will only charge off the USB and not directly connect. I hope that makes sense.

      Late but welcome none the less! 😊
      Yes I have queried this as it says in their launch video you can do this but the functionality is not actually there. I'm hoping for a firmware update to fix this. Frustrating!

    Hello! Good video. Do you know if the "DJI Pocket 2 Do-It-All Handle" that serves to make the "DJI Wireless Microphone Transmitter" work among other things works for the previous version of osmo pocket (1)?

    • @GetBusyLiving
      @GetBusyLiving  3 года назад +2

      Hi there - thanks for that! No the Do-It-All handle definitely does not work with the Osmo Pocket (1). The Pocket 2 has a removable base that you need to remove to then attach the DIA handle. The Osmo Pocket (1) does not have a removable base, so there is no way to attach the DIA handle.

      HI there - glad you like the video - sorry I don't have a comprehensive knowledge of all of the phones this device works with - you are best to reach out to DJI and ask directly. I have heard issues with other DJI products and Android devices recently (Mini 2 drone for example).

    As far as i can tell from the internet, is the "do it all" handle does not have a USB C jack for long recordings with an external battery or power supply, is this true? If so, its really not do it all lol. My use is to have it on a tripod and remotely record billiards tournaments, sometimes lasting 6 hours. So i need wifi for the remote app control, but i also need to power it.... catch 22 i guess?

    Hi good video. Keep the great work for sure., I was told that if you connect the do-it-all handle then the actual filming on 4k/60 wont funtion because it be disabled. So i dont understand why. I dont have this camera love to buy still thinking about it.. I do like that extra handle under the camera only so i can hold the camera on my hand more comfortable and easy crip... otherwise the camera device be far too tiny to just hold it around blocking the mic holes that has near the camera lens. So can you confirm this if that extra handle would somehow disabled 4k/60 unable to record in 4k ? What i want to do is just pretty much connect that extra body handle only because better for me when holding the camera. Dont plan to connect microphones on that stuff. Only to hold the camera properly. I would only use the mic that already has built into the top part of the camera those tiny holes that it contains. Let me know and confirm this if you can. Also im in Australia should i buy the camera now or wait after Boxing day for posible discounts at JB Hifi store or camerahouse store ? I want to get the Combo because it comes with that 1 time Wide-lens lens and the crip handle. But i just dont want to end up imaging that if you connect that extra body on the camera when filming the whole 4K/60 might not funtion. Let us know. Thank you for your time.
    P.S what do you also recommend in micro sim for filming in 4k/60 for 1 hour ? should a 128gb scandisk microsim would be plenty for that ? or the PRO. I mean i wan to continue to film the city non stop for 1 hour at least or maybe do bits and bit film and stop and more filming and stops. Which ever way. Take care :)

    • @GetBusyLiving
      @GetBusyLiving  2 года назад +1

      Wow - thanks for sharing all of that. There are a few restrictions when the DIA handle is attached - you can read all about it here forum.dji.com/thread-239596-1-1.html
      My suggestion is buy it now. Sometimes you wait for a discount that never comes and if it does it is never that great anyway, and you've missed out on all the chance to enjoy the device. As for SD card, I always go Pro if I can afford it.
      Hope that helps!

    • @danzichizalle8572
      @danzichizalle8572 2 года назад

      @@GetBusyLiving Thanks that's true.. I mean face it this way. You can basically get discount any time of the whole year if you ask nicely. At least Ebay shows that if the combo is 800.00 aussie dollars you get 50.00 aussie dollars off with a code. So that's some what discount. But would had been nice more then that as a discount. But ill have to make my decisions. Even though the camera is powerful but it is indeed ridiculously tiny almost like as if its one of those Spy cameras in 4k or perhaps a toy or feminism camera looking. I don't no :) I wonder if this is the Worlds smallest camera in 4k... Anything invention technology from Japan/China
      Yeah just worried about that (Do it all handle) if you where to attach that on the bottom of the camera the filming option for 4k/60 wont functioned. Which seems strange.... I mean i wouldn't no but been reading article forums about this.. people that have been posting about it since 2020 with the Pocket 2 camera. But i wonder if you just attach that to the camera but don't use the functionality of that part of the camera and just continue to use the camera functions itself maybe then perhaps you can record 4k/60
      Anyways keep the good work with your videos.. Love it ive subscribed to your channel! :) Happy xmas season

    I have the Do-It-All handle, and while I give it a “thumbs-up” for convenience, it’s a “thumbs-down” for connectivity. There’s an annoying and significant lag in the transmission of live images from the Pocket 2 to the phone that is pronounced when panning or zooming, and especially during low light conditions. I mean, this thing stutters, lags and stammers like Joe Biden having another brain freeze. 🤯
    By comparison, I also used a direct-connection cable between the Pocket 2 and my iPhone 12, and there were zero problems or anomalies.
    When using the “D-I-A”, the lagging and stuttering problem is more pronounced when capturing at 64MP, rather than 16 - which leads me to conclude the setup has a data rate transfer issue, and is unlikely to be an image processing one, since the hard-wire setup seems to present no problems, and is able to “keep up” with the user’s inputs.

    • @GetBusyLiving
      @GetBusyLiving  3 года назад +1

      That's a really valid observation - I have heard of very similar issues from quite a few people. Perhaps something that could be remedied with a future firmware update hopefully.

      @@GetBusyLiving Just to satiate my curiosity, I recently purchased the DJI OSMO Pocket (“Part 5”) Wireless Module Base - which I have discovered has far better performance than the “DIA” handle. The wireless base displays little or none of the “lagging and stuttering” of the DIA handle.
