Cross fit in its foundation is the perfect exercise routine for health. Im 56 and use circuit/ interval training at moderate weight non stop for an hour and a half 3 days a week and walk run intervals the other 3 days for functional muscle training, cardio vascular and metabolic health.
Had a hip issue that became a knee issue mainly on one side. Ended up being my quad that wasn't flexible enough. Go to ground, put your shins are on the ground, heals touching your butt and back bend so your shoulder blades are also touching the ground (shoulders to knees should all be on the same plane with your feet under you). Don't think you'll be even close to that level of flexible with your quads but you can work on it. Also agree with someone else's comment about Myofacial on the TFL.
do you naturally have thin upper lips or is it because u wear invisilign braces or u just "tuck ur lips" when talking/smiling?... u are pretty :) ... I sound weird and stalking..lol
