    Yes, love this!! I've been putting a lot more focus on my mobility over the last few months so I can get in to better positions especially overhead as that's where I'm weakest and it's paying off big time!! I also want to keep doing crossfit for as long as I can injury free and having better mobility is going to allow me to do that!!

    Omg soooooo important... everytime i rush into a wod ..running late and such i grow so incredibly cautious of my joints and muscles without having had the time for mobility and stretching before and during a great warm up..♡ kudos to you Girly!!♡♡

    Wow, thanx a bunch for the amazing content Kristi! 🙏 Plus I mentioned already, but wanna do so again, your way of explaining is just sooooooo inspiring!
    Compliments also for the background music choice plus the volume. It's just perfect I think (This goes for all your recent videos btw.) I come across so many videos where the music is just way too loud and not a good choice.

    What bands do you prefer? I’ve been looking at the Rogue brand ones, but curious if there’s other brands that might have an advantage as far as durability/cost. Thank you for your vids!!

    Does the arm behind the back stretch help if you have bursitis/impingement problems?

      For impingement I would suggest rolling or mashing the bicep and the lat first!

    Is the shoulder overhead stretch ok for someone who has dislocated their shoulder before? I want the flexibility/mobility obviously, but would not like to have to reset my left shoulder again 😱

      I get them from rogue! And this one is the most versatile for my training!
