Hey, some homeless people make a lot of sense, I met a homeless man on my spring break years back and he taught me how to cook a shoe for eating. He was very detailed and even told me which material works best and what’s easiest to cook and eat. He was a cool dude, but I did get him some real food so he wouldn’t have to eat shoes for a bit.
The guy were street smart.
Some type of shoes were indeed edible especially if it were made from leather, but you have to cut off some parts of it and then boiled it in hot water.

Some others are off their rocker. No job gave me quite as much empathy or contempt for the homeless as my old job. I worked with a lot of homeless people. I met one who seemed to be nice, until someone reported him to the police and he had his tent taken away. He killed the guy who reported him with a stop sign.
There was another who was genuinely nice and he kept me updated on his attempts to go clean. He eventually got sober and then got a job at a local grocery store and turned his life around. I occasionally still see him there.
Then there was a third who ran across the entire parking lot to threaten to break my legs because I had locked up the store and started going home after he left. Earlier he had talked for a half hour about a young woman he was teaching kung-fu to and boinking, and was also his niece or potentially his daughter. He kept repeatedly punching his own head because it was indestructible from god's love, because it was blessed by a Chinese shaman when he was a child.

I’d say his entire channel changed forever when RUclips screwed him over by threatening his channel instead of Quantum’s, because now Act has to speak in lockstep with what the correct mainstream opinion is in order to play things safe from here on out. Take the recent Starfield debacle for instance. I lost a lot of respect for him over that, because he willfully took the guy out of context and attacked his conduct instead of his actual argument; inadvertently proving him right in an attempt to own him when he demonstrated that there was no way to deactivate that option if someone were to have opted for that. Then you have him getting checked by the community notes for Twitter over NexusMods for this exact same thing and this actually being a socio-political insert, yet he never mentions that in his Starfield video, nor does he retract any of his prior statements made against the guy who was originally outraged over this. Instead, he chose to double down. I don’t dislike the man, I’m just greatly disappointed in him because I expected better from him most of the things I’ve seen of him before this.

Act Man, Mutahar, Hasan, YMS, and even Vaush shamed the guy in question, HeelvsBabyface, either on Twitter or on RUclips. Or both, especially in Act Man’s case. And all of them took the man out of context, shamed him for his behavior in ranting about it as if that changes much, and/or denigrated him for his opinion. Labeling him and those with similar outlooks as him as grifters only following certain trends and misusing terms like “woke” to make their point, which fell on my deaf ears as Act Man himself made a very contrived definition for the word to try and justify himself (even though the definition had nothing to do with political upset, which was the driving factor behind all of this).

No... the vibes between Terry and Quantum are not similar. Terry never (as far as I know) went on to start the kind of harassment campaigns against other people that Quantum has a track record of, never had any thoughts of targeting a specific person or that persons family members the same way that Quantum had with Act Man. Both of them (Terry and Quantum) were and are deeply troubled individuals, but they were not the same. Especially with Terry being extremely talented and competent at what he did, so far from what I have seen, can't say the same about Quantum.

The whole marriage argument always confused me. The concept of marriage existed long before literally any religion still practiced today. Even then it wasn't a religious act. Even way back in the tribal days is was simply an act to signify two (or more) people voluntarily tying their lives together. In modern times, even if you get married in a church, by a priest, unless you file your marriage certificate with the govt, it won't be recognized as a marriage. Why do people insist on bringing religion into it?
