I consider Delaware to be like that SCP about Massachusetts not being real and everyone just thinks they're walking or driving around an actual state while Boston is somewhere in New Hampshire. That's Delaware. You just go straight from Pennsylvania to Maryland without ever going through...fuck, I don't even know a city in Delaware.

This like some horror movie type stuff
Like I can see maybe a horror movie short were a mad plastic surgeon who kidnaps teens/young women and then he brings them to his Modern House in the middle of the forest miles away from civilization.
Then before the surgery starts he talks about how all people look ugly, how famous celebrities look the worst, and he alone can make the most beautiful people despite what society says.
After the surgeries and when the girls wake up he starts to giddy with excitement because he wants to see his patients reaction to his work, his art, his master piece. And as the girls are given a mirror, they scream in horror.
They look nothing like what they use to look like before, hell, they don’t even look human anymore, just a mutilated, disfigured, abomination.
We don’t know if it’s botched to be honest, it is extreme, but the majority of people who get surgery instead of therapies and injections will need to recover for a few weeks or month, the photos taken seem to be taken right after the operation. Of course I personally wouldn’t recommended sketchy surgeons in China.

I feel like the odd one out, because some of them do not look too bad for me, and actually I think they aren improvement (not that they needed it, but if they had to choose one, I would say afterwards). The ear shape is fucked up, honestly. That is not justifiable.
Maybe it is me projecting my body dysmorphia into others.
There are a couple that look very bad, tho. The man and a couple of the women. The man specially, he was done so dirty. He now has sunken eyes and no lips. Also the couple of women who cannot close their mouths.
Some of them look a bit "pixie-like", but honestly, that is not a terrible look. Maybe if I had to live with it or watch them in person I would change my opinion, because it could get old very fast (in more than one way), but the choice is between that and a much older face, so I am not sure.
