Well I dont know...its a lot less common but I personally know a girl who can't get a boyfriend. The problem with her is that well she's not very attractive and instead of trying to socialize more she doesn't go anywhere. Its been years now and she's still single. The main issue is that women are a lot more selective than men. Men will go out with almost any woman who's above a 5/10. Whereas most women will only go out with a guy they see as at least an 8/10. This leads to a lot of different women all going out with the top % of guys on the market and leads to a lot of men who are 7/10 or below basically having almost no women who even want to give them a chance. Furthermore, if you're an average looking guy, most women who will give you a chance will always have this lingering feeling that they can do better, which either leads to them expecting way too much out of the relationship and giving very little in return or just dumping him when another more attractive guy comes along and shows interest, which is almost certainly going to happen. I'm not a virgin or an incel. I'm a decent looking guy (7/10 maybe), but I'm only 5'6" (which takes you down like at least 2 points on the scale for most women lol) and I've dated some very attractive women. I know I could get a girlfriend if I wanted to, but at this point in my life I'm just checking out of the market. Even if I get a girlfriend, I would have to deal with the issues I mentioned earlier, being an average looking guy. I would have to put in so much effort and spend so much money, just for somebody who most likely sees me as a compromise. I just feel like it isn't worth all the trouble, to be honest.

That is not true about the 3 hours moderate exercise before bed study. Exercise releases chemicals in the brain that make you not want to sleep. It actually hurts your sleep. However, if you walk in complete dark environment until you want to fall asleep that will improve sleep because humans are built for it then it has way less impact on sleep.

I can see points of the people for and against this. I have severe depression and a lot of issues that have led to me picking toxic women. Like women that stalk my info on Paypal and stuff to beg for money because they only saw me as a wallet. For a couple of years I have decided to try to work on myself but life isn't a movie. It's hard to want to do anything out of your comfort zone to help yourself when you have lived a certain way for your entire adult life. So, these AI are appealing in a way. They can make you feel less alone but imo they just aren't advanced enough to truly replace a person. They are unable to truly care and I can feel that at least. The main issue is that women are a lot more selective than men. Men will go out with almost any woman who's above a 5/10. Whereas most women will only go out with a guy they see as at least an 8/10. This leads to a lot of different women all going out with the top % of guys on the market and leads to a lot of men who are 7/10 or below basically having almost no women who even want to give them a chance. Furthermore, if you're an average looking guy, most women who will give you a chance will always have this lingering feeling that they can do better, which either leads to them expecting way too much out of the relationship and giving very little in return or just dumping him when another more attractive guy comes along and shows interest, which is almost certainly going to happen. I'm not a virgin or an incel. I'm a decent looking guy (7/10 maybe), but I'm only 5'6" (which takes you down like at least 2 points on the scale for most women lol) and I've dated some very attractive women. I know I could get a girlfriend if I wanted to, but at this point in my life I'm just checking out of the market. Even if I get a girlfriend, I would have to deal with the issues I mentioned earlier, being an average looking guy. I would have to put in so much effort and spend so much money, just for somebody who most likely sees me as a compromise. I just feel like it isn't worth all the trouble, to be honest.

I can see points of the people for and against this. I have severe depression and a lot of issues that have led to me picking toxic women. Like women that stalk my info on Paypal and stuff to beg for money because they only saw me as a wallet.
For a couple of years I have decided to try to work on myself but life isn't a movie. It's hard to want to do anything out of your comfort zone to help yourself when you have lived a certain way for your entire adult life.
So, these AI are appealing in a way. They can make you feel less alone but imo they just aren't advanced enough to truly replace a person. They are unable to truly care and I can feel that at least.
I honestly hope they are perfected one day because I know there are other people like me that are trapped in a cycle of self deprecation that makes it hard to progress and even harder to want to even try to date again. I do see how it could help with some types of crime out there. Men do most crime and an increase in lonely men that dislike their world is a dangerous thing to have. It's a shame but until the way people see themselves and there culture changes I think stuff like this is the best solution.
No one is making strides to try to help lower the mainly male self-deletion rate or deal with the loneliness epidemic. Society has always viewed men as expendable because from a purely rational perspective we are. One thing that the internet has done has widened people's horizons. In the past people would need to be in the same social circle to know the other existed, let alone date, that made the pool of partners far, far smaller. With apps like Tinder you can find someone insanely attractive in an hour and shoot your shot and in doing so look past normal people who don't trigger the same dopamine response.

To raise a child to adulthood is almost a quarter of a million dollars. In more expensive cost of living areas that can double. If you get laid off while raising a kid or hit by large medical debt you are done. AI is not the reason people are choosing not to have kids.
