    Black widow bites can cause severe pain, muscle cramps, and sometimes breathing issues. Children under 16 and people over 60 may need to be hospitalized. Not everybody reacts the same.

    Matt...hi.
    I followed your beginning Indian Club program for begginers like a religion starting in March.
    Starting with one pound clubs, over tiime, I built up to 4 lb clubs and now do the routine every other day for 30-50 reps of EACH exercise.
    It completely rebuilt my back, shoulders, forearms, and wrists.
    Do you happen to have an intermediate or Advanced version of your program? Thank you.
