I literally sat and watched 15 different videos on how to get my iPhone 7 Plus to unfreeze from the apple logo. I came across your video and tried your first tip that didn't work for me. It would turn off and then on again but remain frozen until I tried your second tip! I cant believe it actually worked! Thanks for saving me a 30 minute drive to an apple store!!!!

So I ended up buying a iPhone off of somebody used, but I didn’t realize that they were still logged into their iCloud account, so I can power the phone on and use the pass code they gave me, but I can’t erase all settings, do you think this will work to completely remove they’re being logged into their iCloud?

Recovery mode didn't work at first but DFU mode fixed it :]
when I go to iTunes even though my phone shows that screen and its connected nothing shows up on iTunes just music

You have to keep holding down the Sleep/Wake Button and the Volume Down Button. When you see the Apple logo appear, you need to keep holding the two buttons. Make sure your iPhone is connected to iTunes with a Lightning to USB Cable.

Remove your phone cover then try repeating

ok. let I try to tell you, my iphone 7 plus it disabled passcode right. so I need to do DFU mode. DFU mode you can see the video here. Hold the sleep button the same time as the vollum down button just when it shutdown, then insert usb cable then press the vollum donw button and press the home button too. When you see the itune logo, the DFU mode will appear on your PC. After that you will see 2 choice to select. 1 is update and 2 is restore.If you choose update not work, you can choose restore it will be work. what is I done my job. Good luck.

My phone is stuck in recovery mode.. I tried to update on iTunes using my mac and it just keeps giving me an error.. and after that again in recovery mode.. I'm stuck

dfu mode is helping , bc everytime I try to restore it the itunes would always come off my phone && disconnect so it caused the process to disconnect, but dfu is helping , thanks
