Euge, another great video! I remember reading about (the legendary) Ronni Le Tekro (TNT) using a BOSS BF-2 Flanger to get his unique ‘tubular’ tone. I believe he used a BF-2 with the manual knob turned all the way up and the other knobs turned all the way down. He also used an overdrive (BOSS SD-1?) before or after the BF-2 (I can’t remember which), going into a Marshall amp. It was a great tone to me! I no longer have a BF-2 to test it out…
Hey man, your videos are awesome. Speaking multiple languages is something I do not do. Your awesome man. The flanger is pronounced Flan- ger and not Flang- ER. Anyway, keep up the great videos.
Another great lecture from Master Euge. 🙂This video is just a great example of valuable and interesting content that can be useful for every guitarist. Thank you so much!
I can't wait to get my album and t-shirt.. release date coming up soon 🎉😁 I'm more excited about getting your album than I have any Zakk Wylde albums...Shhhhhhh don't tell Zakk😂👍🏻🤟🏻
What do you thing is the better FX Loop. Serial oder Parallel. Some Parallel Loops are dificult (Dual Rectifiers). Thanks for you good explaining Videos👍
Hi Euge, will you ever do a John Norum tone tutorial? He uses a 2205 (should be close enough to a 2203/2204) with a DS-1 in front and DiMarzio FS-1 pickups in a strat guitar. One of the most underrated tones in the business, IMO...
Thanks for another straightforward demonstration of how we can use effects. I also don’t tend to use flanger much, but it can be fun at times! The controls are a bit more confusing than a chorus, and a flanger can get a bit out of control pretty easily, but does give some interesting sounds. Tempted to pick up a bf-3 for the gated effect… Rock on Euge!
This dudes tone blows me away every video.
Thanks!
Not my favorite effect. Sometimes it’s nice though while struming chords on the clean channel with som delay.
Have you ever try out 432Hz Kammertone? If jes what do you think about it?
Nope
Well, I love the fact that you use really cost-effective pedals Euge and still get awesome tones.
This right here. If you know how to play, you can use anything and sound good.
Whatever does the job and BOSS pretty much does it always.
@EugeValovirta230V they do the job and they will last forever. I love boss.
Those boss pedals will be dug up in 1000 years by archaeologists. And they will still sound great 😂😂

I don’t really use FX loops at all but whatever does the job the best in any given situation is the best. I guess 😎. Thanks!

I haven’t thought about it but maybe. We’ll see.
Very educating video's Euge! Where can we get that shirt? Greetings from Belgium
Thanks! Bought it from MusiX.
Iv always loved flanger cause im post/punk guy,but no doubt that a flanger really comes alive with distortion it enhances all the frequencies.
🤟
Good series on how you use your effects, I love effects but TBH don’t use a lot of them, just the usual for Hard Rock & Metal
Thanks!

I have to say you really opened my eyes as to how and where to use these effects especially the chorus and delay. Thanks Euge!
Glad to hear it! Thanks!
Great work, Euge... \m/
