2-3 times a week a first then reduce to 1-2 for maintenance after a few weeks. This might work better for bicep tendinitis though: Voodoo Floss ruclips.net/video/iEcb6vDSCq4/видео.html
It definitely increases blood movement in the area rolled which should helps take away damaged cells and bring back new amino acids ect. If you have a tight upper back and feel good after rolling it, it’s hard to argue with feeling better straight away 👍🏼
I’m so glad I found your channel - I was in so much pain from sore muscles ALL OVER and since I started doing your stretching/foam rolling exercises I’m feeling so much better and could actually sleep for the first time last night after several nights of rolling around from constant discomfort
@@TomPetoTraining I’m glad you pointed this out - I have not thought of foam rolling as mobility so I totally missed that! My cat loved this workout as well - big red rolling things are her new favorite toy now. Thanks - this was great! The page turner is fabulous! Have a great day! Noelle
Thank you so much for these foam roller routines Tom! I follow along almost everyday after my morning training sessions. They've really helped a great deal :) Subbed from Arizona!
I just found this video, yt showed me using the words roller foam upper body …… we can use this as a myofascial release before working out or only for releasing the muscles? TYIA…
Hey from North Shropshire, UK. I loved your upper and lower body foam roll follow along. Easy to follow, unfussy, very clear instruction and a pleasant voice. Thanks
I have been a fan of the foam roller for so long. I created exercises on my own but today I got some inspiration from you. Keep up the good work, nice explanations, and great exercises. :)

How did you find the routine?
I googled a lower body foam roller routine and your 20 min one came up. I liked it and decided to do this upper body routine as well.
@@Bdb9081 well done for doing both 👌🏼
This was great! I work as a welder, and being crouched over for extended periods of time takes a toll. My upper body feels so much freer now (:
Glad it helped!
How often should you do this and when do you see results of muscle release...can I do this with bicep tendinitis

You should NOT foam roll your neck. It's highly recommended not to
