I purchase a roller recently mainly for my upper back. But wanted to know more and I searched "roller body". This video came up. Thank you, I stand at work all day, I had no idea I had such tender muscles in some spots. I feel much relief.
Having recently amped up my training to reintroduce resistance and running , I woke up sore all over. Googled foam roller stretching and just enjoyed your video. I feel all nicely stretched out and ready for my day. Thankyou!!!!!
I've had the original Rumble Roller since 2017 and I never knew I could foam roll my hip flexors. I train like a maniac and I painfully wore them out. I love your routines so much. Thank you, Tom

I struggled so much from pain by doing those excercises,because I have a standing job so my muscles are constantly tight. Thank you very much, through a lot of pain but it helps a lot !

More about doing it regularly to keep myofascia moving well in general rather than needing to do it as a specific time. So just pick when it fits best with your schedule
Also, not sure if you already have a video on this, but if not, would you be willing to do a follow along video on forward neck posture/nerd neck? I know there's other videos out there but I'd like to see your interpretation of a routine
Yes foam rolling is usually fairly painful the first few times. Often people buy a roller that is too hard and bumpy. I recommend a firm but smooth one like the one liked in the description
