Great review of this product it really does work . Have you ever reset the transmission control module ? I have a Merc e class and you can restet the tcm with a procedure with the key and the dash display . It improves the shift quality and shift points . It may be worth trying on your vehicle . Buy the dorman transmission pan with the drain plug and a new trans filter. Drop the factory pan and drain it into a low profile storage tote to help not make a mess. Install the new dorman pan(the gasket is reusable) with new filter and refill with new mercon LV. Drive it for a while after you top the transmission oil off and then drain the trans again and refill with new oil. Once filled a second time drive again for a short period(couple of days maybe a couple of weeks) and then drain and refill a third time and when you refill add your lube gard as you top it off. My ford trans was shuddering pretty bad after purchase, I have drained and filled the trans 2x and the shudder has gone away. I still plan to drain and refill it a third time here within 3 weeks of driving and on the third refill I will add lube gard fluid conditioner. I have instant shudder fix but I don't have good luck with vehicles so I'm being a little more OCD about attacking the shudder and will set the instant shudder fix aside for now. My research has shown that the new ford transmissions like a fluid and filter change every 30k miles.
Thank you so much for sharing your story! I mean it. You basically just backed up what I have shown in other videos, per advice similar to yours and a few others. I'm preparing to do that 3rd fluid & filter change, by the way and I've logged 31,000 miles since going with this method, without instant shudder fixx.
It worked fine for a while but it's only a temporary fix. You might get anywhere fro 10,000 to 30,000 miles of driving from Instant Shudder Fixx but rough shifting or shuddering will return. As illustrated in a few videos after this one, I decided to change the transmission fluid and filter twice in order to make sure all of the fluid in my transmission is free of this additive. I'm still driving it at almost 209,000 miles but soon I will have to either change the torque convertor or the whole transmission because it's not perfect.
I'm still driving with the original transmission (at 218,100mi) but I haven't added any more instant shudder fixx since changing the transmission fluid & filter at 187,950mi. New videos coming soon...
Keep pulling it out like you’re done do you get about 4 quarts out and then fill it back up with it and put shutter fix back in it

Thank you! I will try doing that method. I recall seeing this on the Ford Tech Makuloco channel.

I bought a 10 dollar hand pump from Amazon and it worked great to pump out the fluid.
I use the long red syphon pump works perfect.
How is this working? Did u have rough shifts? I have a rough shift in my 2012 ford escape,
