The horizontal streaks try to mimic film lens convolution, especially films shot with anamorphic lenses which all cylindrical, not spherical, thus creating horizontal streaks.
Hi. I have a question. Is it possible to just throw a clothed and human body, boneless and non-animated character into an unreal engine and integrate the bones and movements of a third person character into it? Can you suggest a source that explains this?
Man you have no idea how helpful your videos have been! I've been having trouble with a character for my short and tried to join the Discord for help, but it's saying I don't have permission. Any help would be great!
I think this will work perfectly for ArchViz scenes too if you ever have bright bulbs on scene or any kind of light reflection

No, it must have bones and be skinned for you to be able to move it.

What's your Discord tag? I'll talk to the admin
I think this effect is exaggerated in most of games, i think it looks better in lower levels.
