The habit that I’m trying to break is to not put off exercising. So I have been riding my bike every single day for at least a mile. I made it to almost 3 miles today and I’m so proud of myself!! My new habit is meal planning to avoid resorting back to drive-throughs or ordering food everyday. What resonated with me in this video is keeping track of what I'm doing because I know that's what I need to do in order to be successful. I keep track of everything else except the things I need to change into good habits, which is why I haven't seen success. If I write it down, I'll be able to track my progress so I can celebrate my wins. This was a great topic! Thank you for sharing!

Sitting here at work listening to this with my co- worker as we are all trying to break those habit and start new on this Monday morning. I have got to get better with being on time. Every Monday is a new week and I say I will do better .... but by Tuesday evening its all over. 😁

Most useful tip: change one not so good habit for a better habit one at a time to free mind/energy for other things that need to be done. Habit I need to definitely change is the need to have the television on to fall asleep at night.
Hi Crystal! Thank you for your glorious sacrifice, to share and reach us inside! I had a bad habit of saving cardboard boxes! I started saving them in case my Sister moved again! Later they became an extra wall, to keep out the cold air! Next, they became a comfort! I finally made up my mind to start, breaking them down; and bagging them, in 39 gallon garbage bags! It took me five hours! I had put everything else aside to reach this Goal! Then I had to break them down as they come, and discard them, right away! This keeps me from storing them up again! I thank God for confirming through you Crystal! That I was going the the correct way! Next , I set goals to pay my Credit card off! I have reach the goal for one; and only s few left on the other card. The encouragement that got me started! Was from a kingdom man! Who sit under your Dad's ministry for years Truly a kingdom man, my God sent Son!🙋🙏⚓🎶🙌☕🍿🥤🍦🤍🏆

I’ve been trying to brake bad habits for a while, and absolutely nothing works !! And then I started prayer and fasting, it’s amazing how the Holy Spirit guides you into habits that are based on biblical principles. You cannot change on your own. You need the help of the Holy Spirit.
