    The habit that I’m trying to break is to not put off exercising. So I have been riding my bike every single day for at least a mile. I made it to almost 3 miles today and I’m so proud of myself!! I really needed to listen to this today because it just solidified that I need to keep on keeping on. Love you girl

    My bad habits are my unhealthy eating habits, little to no exercise and staying up late which makes it hard for me to get up and get moving the next day. I learned so much from what you shared Chrystal....identifying my bad habits, accepting that I need to make a change, starting small and having accountability. I am going to drink more water this week and be in bed by 10:30pm. This post is my accountability.

    I'm with you. I'm bad about my self-care. I take great care of all I can but when I need help or I'm broken I have near no more energy to care for my needs. Your talks are a HUGH help for me. I have so much in common with you. I thank God I found a sister in Christ that has a loving heart I can know I'm not alone.

    Bad habit is emotionally eating and bingeing. My favorite tip is 2nd one. Ima start going to the gym in the morning and ima do a 5 day smoothie cleanse with fasting

    This episode couldn’t have come at a better time💃🏽💃🏽, was laying in bed trying to figure out how I can start with the habit of waking up early. Thanks a lot for this, I learnt a lot and will be putting it into practice. My phone will definitely be at the other end of the bed and these curtains of mine will be wide open ❣️❣️❣️

    Hey Crystal!
    Mindless shopping online is one of my worst habits and is breaking the bank!!! I don’t need one thing if you could see my closet, spare room or bathroom you wouldn’t believe your eyes 👀 but I want everything I see online or see people talk about you need on RUclips. 😳

    Replacing the habit with a good one
    This video came in time as I'm currently working on improving my health which has been really difficult for me as I love food n am guilty of binge eating and falling prey to comfort food. I found all the tips and examples relatable and doable. Thank you and God bless you

    My thought life that increases my depression is the habit I need to change.. Lord help me..
    Your such a good practical teacher, Chrystal. Love this reminder and I've always heard 21 days break habit but huh? Then heard Dr Caroline Leaf and she said it morelike 60 plus. Not sure specific number but it was over 60 and I believe herbc of her study. 21 never helped me. Also, I often don't keep track of my progress if I have any.....Hitting snooze, the other side of room didn't work 4 me. LORD, I need u to empower me to change alot of bad habits.

    Yea keep track! I wanted to be in tune with my health and fitness goals so I downloaded an app and I track my food! I see the little graph thing showing progress and seeing that is doing something for me!

    One habit that I am working on is slowing down when I am sending out messages or typing in general. I am a college student and always remain busy throughout the semester. Ensuring that I am sending out clear and concise messages will be an essential “habit” that I am striving to maintain.

    I have got to stop the habit of having drinks on the weekend🤦🏾‍♀️ I’m convicted by it even though I’m not drunk but high..I can be real right🤷🏽‍♀️ I have an addictive personality. So I haven’t had a drink this week and I’ve also been whole food plant based eating. I feel AMAZING! Thank you for these suggestions Crystal. I needed to hear it again😆 I’ve listed to this before🥰🙏🏾🙏🏾

    My new habit is meal planning to avoid resorting back to drive-throughs or ordering food everyday. What resonated with me in this video is keeping track of what I'm doing because I know that's what I need to do in order to be successful. I keep track of everything else except the things I need to change into good habits, which is why I haven't seen success. If I write it down, I'll be able to track my progress so I can celebrate my wins. This was a great topic! Thank you for sharing!

    Sitting here at work listening to this with my co- worker as we are all trying to break those habit and start new on this Monday morning. I have got to get better with being on time. Every Monday is a new week and I say I will do better .... but by Tuesday evening its all over. 😁

    Great video! Thank you. My habit is to switch the teddy grahams/nillawafer type snacks for veges and water! I love the idea of not just stopping something but switching it up for something that's a better or good habit!

    Most useful tip: change one not so good habit for a better habit one at a time to free mind/energy for other things that need to be done.
    Habit I need to definitely change is the need to have the television on to fall asleep at night.

    Hi Crystal!
    Thank you for your glorious sacrifice, to share and reach us inside! I had a bad habit of saving cardboard boxes! I started saving them in case my Sister moved again! Later they became an extra wall, to keep out the cold air! Next, they became a comfort!
    I finally made up my mind to start, breaking them down; and bagging them, in 39 gallon garbage bags! It took me five hours! I had put everything else aside to reach this Goal! Then I had to break them down as they come, and discard them, right away! This keeps me from storing them up again! I thank God for confirming through you Crystal! That I was going the the correct way! Next , I set goals to pay my Credit card off! I have reach the goal for one; and only s few left on the other card. The encouragement that got me started! Was from a kingdom man! Who sit under your Dad's ministry for years Truly a kingdom man, my God sent Son!🙋🙏⚓🎶🙌☕🍿🥤🍦🤍🏆

    Developing a contsant personal prayer time. I pray through out the day as im working but i need to get my personal prayer time back where i go down on my knees and commune with God. And definitely get back to drinking more water.

    I learned how to make my own hummus, I love eating it with carrots (hot sauce on my carrots) I’m Jamaican what can I say🤷🏾‍♀️..Goya has a easy simple recipe and you can always add to it

    I’ve been trying to brake bad habits for a while, and absolutely nothing works !! And then I started prayer and fasting, it’s amazing how the Holy Spirit guides you into habits that are based on biblical principles. You cannot change on your own. You need the help of the Holy Spirit.

    What fixed my food habit issues is daily intermittent fasting. But thats not a recommendation or anything.

    great at losing weight, but staying on it after losing the weight is the problem. I fall back into the same habits BECAUSE I think I can drink that one pop or tea then I'm back drinking tons again
