Last summer my phone broke at my job and I didn't get a new one for 2 weeks, and I couldn't believe how peaceful it was not having one. We feel such a need to take.it out.of our pocket and do something always every free moment everywhere you look everyone plagued. Attention spans being obliterated. When my phone was gone I looked at the world more, felt so relaxed, and talked to the people around me way more. It was awesome.
