Why do all good and heroic people die horrific and torturous deaths?
I didn't know about the rebellion in Great Britain. I only ever heard about the French revolution. This has been very interesting.
I've found this to be quite interesting. I've heard a few different version of this {e.g. the usual version in school and a version from a history based podcast}, so one from yet another point of view that shows what actually happened {note: the victors always write the version of history that people will ultimately learn about, right or wrong}.
Was waiting for part 2. 😀
32:12: I wouldn't have wanted to be the guy in the armour when they start going a bit too enthusiastically with that flail...
Liliana Bray that made me 🤣🤣🤣! Poor guy!
28:00 This guy trying to make out that the Peasant army was as well armed as the King's army is hilarious.
My eyes are transfixed on his chin-carpet
It’s like he took just for men and realized it was only enough for his chin-carpet so he cut his losses and kept it black...
Is that Baldrick from Blackadder?
Yup
Yes, he hosts time team.
He has his Sheriff of Nottingham beard in this one 😎
NoTony Robinson, he played the character in the black adder series, but he is andactor an historian
Thanks

I feel like I missed part 1. what lead to the revolt. hu... I did. Might be worth adding a "watch part 1" section at the beginning in future.
