Firstly it was recorded in the UK (although ill assume you knew this) in 2004. As a resident in the UK I see traffic lights like this all the time

@@croupircroupir9079 No worries :) Yeah we also tend to have less traffic lights in the UK as we use roundabouts more often , wheras it seems crossroads are more widley used in the US. But that has its pros and cons

Occupation merely means an external force taking control. The length of an occupation has nothing to do with whether it is one or not. There are plenty that have lasted decades.
Again by definition Boudicca could not be a rebel because she was not a subject of Rome.
