  • Careers at DHL - Become part of the DHL team that makes the world's greatest racing spectacle possible: www.motorsport...
With its 22 races, the 2023 Formula 1 calendar is so big that it doesn't just go from A to B, but from A for Abu Dhabi to Z for Zandvoort: the top class races in 20 countries on 5 continents.
All races together cover a distance of about 6,700 kilometres, logistically more than 150,000 kilometres are covered. In the process, up to 1,400 tonnes, i.e. 1,400,000 kilograms, of Formula 1 freight are moved per race by logistics partner DHL alone. And how is all this transported? The answer is provided by our look behind the scenes of the top class of motorsport!
Christian reveals to you why Haas uses the smallest command post in the F1 circus, how the cars, the spare parts and the teams' equipment sometimes get from race to race in record time and talks to the problem solvers who, away from the limelight, make sure that the Grands Prix actually take place.
Oh yes, and why the F1 drivers don't do the only racing in the paddock!
This video was filmed in the original German language and translated and dubbed by us with the help of a professional speaker.

Good video. For the environment DHL should reduce the amount of paper they use.

Suspect it is a dubbed voice over, 'cause there is no background sound. No idea why.
