    But can you somehow, soak it in broth, flavored with something like chili oils and or garlic tahini , or brewer’s yeast, salt, so as to be able to pop it in your mouth like popcorn? I wonder? Or does the machine require “clean “ product? Like a wasabi, soy flavored crunchy bits to go on top of a casserole for crunchy bits? Crunchy broccoli on a baked potato maybe fun to try!

    How do you use it and what is the texture like when 'reconstituted' please?

      Great for soups or you can rehydrate it with cold water and cook it
