- Screen printing the perfect puff print took me a few tries to get the puff ink to puff up. Using a puff additive and the secret key to get the perfect puff print. Plus a tour of the screen print shop. Painted the floor and walls of the print shop. And a view of my day printing hoodies and vlogging around the city.

Hes back!! I wish I had this video 2 weeks ago I was going to try mixing my own puff ink but I ended up returning it and buying the pre mixed puff from total ink solutions.
Oh ! You need to wear some safety gloves when you're reclaiming ! Even with 'safe' chemicals, that stuff will penetrate your skin. Be safe man ! Happy New Year!

Thanks for all the info! I follow you on Instagram also, almost done setting up my office and getting the Riley 250 ready to test out some of the total ink solutions plastisol puff ink. When I ordered mine it said it should be ready to go from the container. I'll definitely be watching this episode again when I start printing.

How is it going setting up the press? About to order my 250 4x4, exposure unit, conveyor dryer, basically every thing In about 2 weeks. We got this!!
Exact same thing happened to me yesterday, same pressure washer, fuse/button on the plug tripped and needed to be reset. Great vid!

If this helps, what I’ve notice is that I get a better result with on printing manually than printing on the auto press.

Firstly welcome back John , great to see a notification that you've uploaded . Secondly I've not done puff as of yet but heard you need a low mesh count . What screen did you use I didn't hear you mention this .
Oh, I forgot to mentioned that. I used a 110 mesh count.

They hold up well. Best not to put it on the tumble dryer.

you did not stretch that you bend it
Try a heat gun. You are overcuring it
Heat gun then dryer at 200, speed at 30
How can you tell it’s being over cured? At 200 with 30 speed, does it reach 320 for long enough?
