I came for the printing video but have to say I was delighted by all the asmr-type sounds too! 😆 I worked in a screen print shop in college and can definitely say it was not this peaceful and calm!
I am so impressed with your printing quality. It's obvious you take great pride in what you do. How do you keep your shop so neat and tidy? I've watched other printers' videos and there is ink EVERYWHERE and your shop is so clean. Well done!!
Thank you! Spend a lot of time cleaning the shop
ohh man! that sound! so satisfaying when the squeegee is being used on the screen
cool stuff dude... I still fail every time I try mixing the puffing stuff to the inks
Now this is cool! Good job!
Thank you! 👊🏼🍊
Well done ! Looks great 👍. Keep pushing

Hello guyy
First of all great video !
Can you tell me the percentage of swelling base you put in your ink to have the same effect?
Hey buddy I hope you are doing great!
Please can you make a video of this press for setting up the off contact
I am using the same one and bought 2 weeks ago I am struggling mate big time
You doing a great job mate keep it up 👍👍👍
Drop me a DM on instagram, Ill show you our little off contact tricks - @squeezedorange
Awesome stuff man! May I know if the puff part can hold well to the tshirt after curing? Can it withstand scratches?
The print is solid, I’ve been wearing one for a while now and it’s been washed a bunch of times, holding up perfectly
nice
Hi I’m looking to try this on my own, what mesh do you recommend and how can I get my logo that I’d like to print onto a mesh ready for printing?
bro idk
i am thinking of buying their 250 6/4 too but the black version. Not sure what the differences are but i just like black. But would you say it is a good silk screen press to buy or would you say no? i heard that micro registration contact moves every so many prints if so would it be like after 100 prints?
I was printing on the riley 250 for years, run hundreds of shirts and never had an issue with the registration. Never had reg move mid print run either.
The only negative is off contact, it’s a bit fiddly but more than adequate for running production.
10/10 solid press!
Since then we have upgraded to the riley 300 8x6 which is a solid piece of kit as well.
@@squeezed_orange for sure thanks for the reply and info! i guess i will get my feet wet and buy a used black 250 6/4 i seen for a pretty good price with some extras as a first press....
Hello! I was wondering what puff additive did you use?
Union best of brands puff additive
Could you tell us what equipement u use?
Riley press and BBC flash/dyers
Hello
Can make a room tour of this all setups

What additive did you use? I tried jaquered puff but didnt like it. Always puffs like popcorn n flakes off even after curing n letting it sit for a week
We use Union Inks puff additive in Union plastisol
@@squeezed_orange I'll give tht a try. Thank you!
you dont need a white color for this work. Just one shablon, one color, more ink in the silk. increible octopus, i like it!!
